Tarocash Browns Plains

I do not understand their click and collect system, it is not accurate at all.interview was Thursday and the jacket i wanted was available in Browns Plains Tarocash so i drove down the day before and got told by a person who worked in store, we did not have it and he also said I should have called before i came. Is 2 hour click and collect system requiring a stock-check with a retailer before choose this option even though it is said 'IN STOCK' in Browns Plains?
What if customer chooses the 2 HOUR click and collect service and when you actually get there you are told "SORRY WE DO NOT HAVE THEM HERE"

We were at a lose of wear to find clothes for my son for my wedding he is a very small 14 year old but all of the staff went out of their way to help us out and they even organised the clothes to get tailored (with a 2 day turn around). This eased my anxiety so much. Nothing was too much for all the staff. I would totally recommend this store.
My husband looked very smart in their clothes too.

I came in this morning (NYE) and was pretty impressed with the service of the 2 employees (lady with blond hair & guy with glasses). They both excelled at making you feel welcome and comfortable in the store while also having alot of fun! Definetly the kind of customer service that the retail industry is lacking.

The team at Tarocash Browns Plains went above & beyond to help our bridal party of 5 get their suits. Helpful, friendly & accommodating! Couldn't thank you enough.

The staff here are AMAZING! Friendly VIP service, advice and help with our suit purchase for our 2 Groomsmen Liam and all the staff there are genuine happy people and we will be back for more purchase and telling all our family to do the same. Thank you for making suit shopping so much more fun then I thought it would be.

Veronica and Liam helped me put together a full suit under half an hour, they were professional and efficient. Was a great shopping experience

The ladies were so helpful in trying to find colour ideas for my sons formal suit he absolutely loved the change of colour as he had this black on black idea which didn't look right but at least I know he had thoughts and some input But he looked so good and can't wait for his formal I think im more excited then he is Awesome job ladies!

Had the Best Instore Experience from the New Manager Natalie. Who was able to guess my waist size. Very impressed

Absolutely 1st Class service…I bought a suit, was shown all the options, very very helpful…I would not hesitate to recommend them….

Great experience. The sales girls were very helpful and friendly and they knew what they were talking about. They weren't just interested in making a sale at any cost like some places can be. Tarocash in general are usually good, but the Browns Plains store is excellent. Recommended!

I went in today to look to see if they had any Christmas specials, incredibly disappointed.
Their cheapest sale shirts were an extremely limited range starting @ $40 mostly in sizes Xl and above. The rest of the limited range starting at an "extremely discounted $70. "

What I would expect for the cost:
High quality personal customer service, High quality products, custom sizing, additional extras (extra material, buttons, string).

What I get:
A couple of tenage girls who would rather spend their time gossiping than doing their job, rude customer service and a horrible customer experience. I get average quality clothing that are thinner and less durable than even k-mart clothes, with the only additional extra being a button sewed in the side.

When asked and said, "get serious what if I buy 2 of them, will you at least consider making the price a little more appealing" she replied "I will absolutely not" to which I replied "then I will absolutely not buy either of these"

Guys if you want outstanding customer service on the same quality of clothes but for usually half the price, go to Conner 2 shops down, don't waste your money at Tarocash.

Store which help us find the perfect suites for our wedding, nothing was to much trouble and he knew his stuff. Recently I visited a wedding store and didn't get any where near the service I got today. I hope your boss reads this as there should be more assistant's like you. Thank you for making what is sometimes stressful experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. You are a star
