On the day we were there the staff were very friendly and helpful even though they were quite busy. Nice range of clothes and suits in different cuts and styles with a good range of sizes.

Went there recently to get a couple of summer clothes and spent way more than I intended- the shop attendant was very good. Great selection of men's clothes aimed I'd say at the mid-market price range- nothing too fancy but not cheap stuff either. Was doing really well when I was there and I mentioned this to the shop attendant and she said "It's about time" so I figure they've been doing it tough during the pandemic. Glad to help out then.

Quite an ordeal place. Quite a nice cuisine. Clothing quite enjoyably great. How the shelves are packed with selling items. Quite nice is this place. So is employees. Aura is one. Who serves quite quite corteously.
As Aura is quite a courteous woman.

Went in on Sunday morning needing new shirts and pants that I can mix and match with for a new job the next day. I feel bad for not remembering her name… I remember hearing her Kiwi accent and noticing a quotation tattoo across her collarbone. She was absolutely sensational. Very patient, knows her lights and darks and made me feel very welcoming. Massive Thanks!:)

Had a great service from Aura, the store manager. Just don't have words to thank her. Very kind, patient and very professional at the same time. Just because of her, i am a big fan of Tarocash. Will never prefer to shop elsewhere.

Really great customer service assisting myself and my groomsmen with fitting, didn't end up choosing suits from Tarocash but Daniella went above and beyond

So me and mate had been asked what other shops we had been to, and was criticsed about our previous colour choices and what our options were. We expressed how we wanted the influence of our date but the worker went on about his personal issues and values about how it does not matter and they should go by themseleves. We then told him we were going around to try on jackets and suits and he told us twice that we were wasting the workers time by doing so. After that we left.

Jaluka made my experience this morning selecting outfits very enjoyable and took the stress out of selecting outfits. His passion and sense for style in matching features of an individual for colour coordination is unmatched of any franchise I have been to.

Exceptional service by Daniela. She knows her stuff! Would definately recommend her and this store.

Shopped here a few weeks ago, forgot to leave review. Great service, and staff member that helped me really knew his stuff. Wife is well pleased in new gear! Will shop again.

I was helped by a wonderful man named Gianluca. He was extremely well versed in what would work for me and what wouldn't and was very respectful to my requests. An absolute model for what a customer could hope for in store staff.
I came away with a VERY nice wool jacket and bamboo socks that I love.

I dislike going into tarocash. The sales assistants jump onto you. Even after saying, I'm just browsing, I'll let you know if I need any help. She insisted on still trying to talk to us, and push us towards any sale. Felt very uncomfortable.

Philip is fantastic. I walked into chermside store and said hi mate please help me help my son with getting something smicko for his formal please this mumma needs help. Service was faultless & friendly and we will be ongoing future customers. Thank you again

I had a great experience today in store. The stuff were very friendly very happy to help. We spent over hour in store trying on different combinations (because I needed to match the rest of the family for a family portrait). The clothes like look good and feel comfortable.

Daniela and Phillip and the team are all fabulous and will be honest and show you what works for you and your style. Can't recommend them enough if you'd like some retail therapy?

I came in on 11/07/2020 to get a suit for my upcoming formal. Great suit for the price. I got one of the $300 ones down to $200 and they're awesome quality for the price. Only downside was I noticed after I had purchased it that there was one issue with the lining coming through the edges of the shoulder seam because of an issue with the stitching. Not a massive deal though because it's such an easy fix.

However, the service was absolutely appalling. I didn't catch the blokes name but his voice was really high pitched. He was incredibly controlling over what I wanted to try on and was insanely judgemental of the matchings I made when I never asked for his opinion. He was incredibly pressurising when it came to purchasing products as well, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Then when I came back to purchase a tie after arguing with him over buying the undershirt, scoffed when I told him the store name and material (WHICH WAS THE EXACT SAME AND $40 DOLLARS CHEAPER). Hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Also, my mate came in with me and didn't even try on a suit because of how awful his service was. Made him so uncomfortable he would rather purchase it from somewhere else.

Recommend the suits, but definitely go to a different Tarocash location because the service is genuinely appalling.
