I been shopping at Buranda Village 28 years now.it's a Area with lots of buses and no where to recharge your go cards.having the target newsagent open up very late example Sunday morning 10am people can't recharge their gocards as your the only place in this area for people to recharge their gocards.all newsagents in brisbane open up at 630 am 7am Max.you should be made to open your shop at the same time woolworths open and so to all the other shops within leasing in the Buranda shopping centre.alot of people are forced to jump on buses going to work or to the city because your not open for business.it's OK for you to have your business but your not working in the community guidelines to be there for people who public transport who really just want to recharge their go cards to avoid getting $600 fine for fare invasion.these people should send their fare invasion fines to you to pay for something that should of never have happened.don't worry I'm going to centre management to discuss this and Department of fair Trading.local people are getting heavily fined by Translink officers for jumping on buses to where their go card has insufficient funds to make that ride. This is very bad customer service.every business has a code of conduct set out by Department of Fair trading and the Brisbane City council.it's obviously you don't follow the Fair trading standards.if you choose to do go card recharging services then you must by law provide that service.
And the law states being a Newsagent you must be open for service by 7am weekdays and weekends 8am.and being Newsagent and the only Newsagent for woolloongabba and buranda.and you have a responsibility for people doing early morning commutes on buses and trains that you provide the recharging service for all gocard users within this area.if you can't provide a early morning gocard recharging service then take that gocard service out of your business. At the end of the day providing a 7am daily gocard recharge service gives you a better recognition for great local customer service and great reviews for small family business is vital.you need to listen to the customers needs and wants if you choose to provide a failing gocard recharge service within your Target News family business.great customer service isn't just serving customers over your counter.people read reviews on all businesses and decide whether they will patronise your business or shop elsewhere.you need to provide a much better service to the locals within this area to where gocard recharging stations is vital.if the customers are getting fined then they will make sure you get heavily fined by Department of fair Trading and the Retail Association and the ACCC
