0 stars! (Wouldn’t let me put 0 so had to put 1) Do not shop online if you want your order to be cancelled and your money taken from your bank account. I placed my order, had the money taken out of my account, all to then receive an email that my order had been cancelled. With no explanation as to why. Target thinks it’s ok to take peoples money and cancel their order on them. In what world is this ok to do? ! Furthermore, I was on hold for nearly an hour, only to be put through to someone I could barely understand! This kind of customer service is disgusting and should be looked into. Again, why let me place an online order for it to seconds later be cancelled, everything said it was in stock on the website. But no just take my money and hold onto it for 3 - 10 business days why don’t you. I will never shop at target ever again and I hope the people reading this are warned about shopping online with you.

Big store, but felt a little empty. I don't recall seeing a team member anywhere in the shop other than the 2 at the counters. For a shop of this size, I'd have expected to see shelf fillers or team members tidying - which this store could have used.

My first visit to Target Chermside very knowledgeable front staff member was impressed with his product understanding and store layout. Will be back!

Targets range of men's clothing is limited but decent.

A great way to get exercise is to browse every single aisle of interest at Target Chermside before even thinking about making a purchase. You can then revisit anything that's remained on your mind to create a short list, and then return to the relevant areas a third time to grab anything that you've decided you really want or need. Of course, if you're not there to get your steps up, the website is great for perusing and checking stock before stepping foot inside. And of course if you really don't want to browse and you're worried about finding the item in store but don't want to pay a delivery fee, the Click & Collect service is great.

This is a well stocked spacious store with all the departments you need including Clothing, Home wares, appliances, gifts, etc. This store doesn't have much in the Electronics section, but plenty of everything else. I found some great bargains for my kitchen and living rooms. Even though the prices are cheap the quality is greater than I expected.

How expensive is Target getting? I mean for a simple dress that is nothing special they want $60? Time to skip going in there for the run about clothes. Certainly lost there value for money.

Staff went above and beyond to help me find the item I wanted. Unfortunately it was not available in the size I wanted in any Target in brisbane. The staff member hunted it down at a competitors store for me and even gave directions.
Because of this person I am happy to go back to this store.

The middle aged man who works on the door is an absolute gem. He greets everyone so beautifully with a big smile, he brightens my day.

Pleasantly surprised to find Target well stocked throughout Xmas period. Found all children's toys and clothes to be great prices and load of options.

Staff were scarce to answer our questions on our visit on Thursday so decided to shop at Big W.

Lovely big store full of men's women's kids clothes as well as homewears music and more. Friendly staff or self check out if you prefer

Had to outrun some people here and was caught shoplifting so the first aid guy came to help us but refused to apply first aid until I stole the items out of this kit for my friend.

This is a big store, so you're more likely to find stock here. Great homewares, fashion & toys. Staff are helpful & the door greeter is lovely. Good access for prams/mobility devices& on the ground floor of the center. Information is nearby, and it's just near The Shingle Inn.

Good range in clothing, kitchen and laundry. You might find something else that you're after there.

Always great prices and a good selection of everything. There isn't always the size you want, but that's the only negative in the whole store.

Will today, is yet another great reason why we enjoy shopping at Chermside's Target. Staff have always greeted us with sincere welcome and friendliness.and Will today optimised that today. I made it a point to write down his name as soon as I could after he saw that I had my hands full with my 3yo & 5yo, and went above and beyond to ensure that I got all the accurate information I needed, was efficient in his use of the self service terminal, polite in his deminar, courteous to my children (not ignoringing them or rude like Chermside Target's competitor's staff). If it wasn't apparent enough Will today was incredibly helpful to us today and genuine in his approach and outlook toward his service. Thanking Will and like I said to him.helps us return to Chermside Target over & over again.

A good range of quality ladies underwear with fair pricing for that level of quality. It would be even better if the section was clearly marked by overhead signs, making looking for it less of a chore.

TARGET is the same as K-MART a great variety of clothes for the whole entire family from accessories throughout the whole entire store gear for the snow and just about anything that you can get your hands on

I have never experienced such pleasant customer service the staff at the front door are welcoming and helpful. The store always has plenty of stock.
