Target

It has good quality clothes but I’m not sure of that for much longer since the owners of Kmart bought it and we all know the quality of Kmart clothes like that it sells tech items customer support is good store sometimes is a mess but it’s only on restocking day and sometimes the day after it’s a okay store.

I was in grand central today, desperately looking for beans for a bean bag chair. I called target and the young man I spoke to explained he would need to go and look if they had any left. He didn't put me on hold as he walked over to the bean bag area, he updated me along the way. He said there were 6 left, he asked how many I needed and I told him 3. He said he would put them aside. We reached target about 5 mins after that conversation. The shelf was empty, but he had indeed put the 3 bags aside for me. I didn't get his name, but it was excellent customer service, he went that little extra for me and now my little boy will have a bean bag chair for Christmas. Thankyou whoever you were! We really appreciate it.

Staff were really helpful and friendly when I asked about a certain item I'd found on the website. They were happy to have a chat and guide me to find the item I wanted when they were not 100% sure themselves. We found it in the end and had a good laugh together. Felt like an adventure in itself.

Generally well stocked, but like anywhere you need to get in early for the change of seasons.

A bit expensive I thought I was able to get what I wanted elsewhere but a nice layout in Target and plenty of stcck

Good spacious store well displayed, clean and tidy, easy to access, staff friendly and helpful, But No check out operator, which is not good customer service, I almost put down my goods and walked out, a staff member came and put my items through this metal machine.

Great store, but a strong lack of more fancy/going out type of clothing. It all appears to be very Casual clothing.

I was disappointed recently with the experience I had at the check out in Target Toowoomba. As Target has transitioned to the self check out model like many other retail stores, on this occasion there were two attendants 'supervising' but no attendant running the standard check out (what about the elderly or those who are unable to easily utilise self check out - but I digress.). It was a couple of weeks before Christmas and a Saturday so I wouldn't describe it as a quiet period.

I had purchased a couple of large salad bowls and plates (fragile, breakable items which are loose on the shelf, no box) and needed something to wrap the breakables in. It took me some time to get the attendants attention, to the point where I had to leave the station and walk up to them and ask if there was any butchers paper or something soft available for wrapping my breakables. I was asked why. I pointed to the items I was buying and explained that stacking them on top of each other in a plastic bag would likely break them. (? !). The attendant begrudgingly went behind the counter and fished out some scrunched up paper in a ball and handed it to me. It worked just fine for what I needed once I wrapped them, but I was annoyed by the entire interaction and clear lack of customer service.

After I got home, I realised I was so distracted by trying to source the paper to pad the breakables, I had left a small security tag on some underwear I had purchased. Meaning I will now have to return to a store with my receipt to have it removed. I can't help but think this may have been avoided had the traditional check out option been available, which I would have used due to the purchase of the breakables.

Really disappointed, I love Target and this store does have an excellent range of products but this really put me off what is normally a great shopping experience.

I rated them 5 stars but still I was injured and like 3 min walk they said I need to pay $22 for delivery which it didn't make me happy but everything was cheap and good

Remember why I don't go there anymore, NO cashier No Bags, makes you feel like your custom isn't important.

Good quality clothing at reasonable prices and everything you need for school and that special gift.

One of my go to places for a decent range of homewares. Staff at the door are always so friendly.

This is a great local Target store. The staff are really friendly and professional. Love shopping here.

Did not have what I found advertised online, it happens.
How ever, what really impressed my was! How amazing and accommodating the staff were in trying to help me find somewhere that might have what I was after.

Fantastic service! Customer Service lady (with blue hair, so sorry I didn't get your name) helped me save money by using my Flybuys rewards. She assisted others as well. So lovely to see someone passionate about helping customers. She made my week! Great store too with awesome range of clothes. Well laid out and easy to find everything.

Huge store, great range, plenty of stock. We were shopping for a birthday gift, a doll for our grandchild.

It's Target its a little more up market than Kmart, but prices are still reasonable.

Love love love Target. Their staff are friendly and always willing to help. Their kids clothes range is incredible and amazingly priced.

Friendly staff and the place is clean. The products will last for good amount of time. Worth the price for the things.
