Fantastic store! The Outlet has a huge range of styles at heavily discounted prices. Always my go to for buying fantastic, stylish, quality clothing.

Had a 'style session' at this store today. First experience at this service and due to an overwhelmjng range of beautiful clothes it was time well spent with a stylist who really knew the range guiding me on what looked best and what didn't, and making suggestions I would never have thought of. I came away with much more than I'd planned but picked up some absolute bargains. I highly recommend Julie as a stylist. The session was discreet and she dedicated the whole 3+ hours to me. She was SO patient and full of surprising ideas that worked. Nothing was too much trouble. Keep your eye on their website for great sales. The styling appointments are free.

Just wanted to say thankyou to Donna. She helped me fing a shirt for my new job, went above and beyond, and was so kind.

As a clearance store, you're bound to find something within your budget with plenty of styles and sizes available (up to sz30). Clearance store items can still be quite expensive, though.
The lovely lady who served my daughter also helped us throughout the store and knew a great deal about it's products.

I live at Mudgeeraba and some time ago I was advised of the TS Warehouse at Browns Plains and I went to the store and bought several items of clothing. I was delighted to find that Nicola was working there, as she had served me with TS clothing for many years at Myer Robina.
Recently I called the TS Warehouse and enquired about various items that I was interested in and Kylie put aside the range of clothing that I mentioned. I can't speak highly enough of Kylie as her selection of clothing for me to try on was in accordance with what I asked for and I bought 5 items of clothing at a cost of approximately $500.00 in around 35minutes. I wouldn't have spent this amount of money on clothes if they weren't ready for me to try on and I was delighted with my purchases. I would like management to acknowledge the customer service and the friendly manner that Kylie offered me during my recent TS visit.

The best larger ladies sizes and style I have found. Prices are responsible and staff very helpful.

VERY expensive for a shop that advertises as a clearance outlet. I approached one staff member who was standing behind the counter and before I could even speak to ask a question was told she was already serving another customer, there was no one in sight. So instead of looking for the other items I wanted paid for what I has already found on my own and left.

Great shopping experience here, all staff are superb.

Fun fact about me. I'm short, overweight and I despise shopping for myself. I would do all of my shopping online, but due to my proportions- it just never works out well.

Then I stumbled upon Taking Shape in Browns Plains. I had to return one of my hopeful yet ill conceived pair of jeggings. I took them in to refund them and I got lucky because I was served by Sam. Sam knows her stuff.

She pointed me in the right direction after getting a sense of what I was after and I ended up buying way more than I went in for.

Had I been left to my own devices, I would have been overwhelmed in 10 minutes and left empty handed. This store is big. The range is huge and sizing runs from size 12 to I believe a 28 (?)

Anyway, I spent alot of time with Sam that day. She was pulling things off of the racks and encouraging me into the change rooms.

Conversation turned to bras which they also sell and cater for larger sizes in. I knew I needed bras- but I just couldn't on that day. My middle aged introvert ADHD brain was spent and bra shopping is quite literally one of my biggest fears.

Sam explained that I can book in for a Personal Shopping Experience. This can be for wardrobe overhaul or just a bra shop. I just needed to ring up up, find out when she was working and book it in. Took her up on it yesterday and Wow.

Rang up yesterday morning and was able to book in for after lunch with Sam. It meant I was committed. Didn't have enough time to reconsider and back out. Ran through on the phone what I needed, preferences and my approximate size.

When I arrived.there was a dressing room pinned shut with my name on a reserved sign. Sam had pulled together a selection for me to try on- but there was also a cute mini gift bag with a bottle of water and chocolates waiting for me! It was way more than I expected.

All of the bras were amazing but I went with a lovely comfortable yet supportive underwire free style- on clearance. I kid you not. $40. I have never paid under $120 for quality fitted larger sized bras. I left the shop wearing one and ordered three more to be delivered to my house.

It gets better. I got free gifts. I had an amazing personal shopping experience, was hydrated and fed chocolates spent $160 and still got free gifts? Amazing. Lingerie wash bag, a hair turbie and make up remover sponge. Gorgeous.

I think I was in shock when I left and probably didn't convey my appreciation to Sam enough. Sam is amazing. Go see Sam.

If you are like me- curvy middle aged and not thrilled by loud patterns with a hatred of metallic beading and sequins. It's easy to be put off quickly. But if you find someone in store like Sam to help- you can find everything from high quality staple pieces to some gorgeous dresses and tops. Bright florals aren't for everyone and they can dominate the racks especially in the clearance section. So ask for help to find the hidden gems or book in for the personal shopping experience. You won't regret it.

What a great find! I dropped in to buy a dress for an event - success! What a fabulous range - so much to choose from, and the shop assistants were so friendly and helpful. I got a fab dress and accessories, plus some lovely casual clothing for summer! Discounted from RRP, so great value! Will be back with my mum!

Lovely friendly staff.of course, when the manager is a Kiwi. Lol. Clothes were much bigger than my frame BUT for those with more voluptuous figures, visit the store because there's such a wide range of fashions and none are "dowdy" (is that how you spell it?). Dar! I bought a nice belt but even tho it was too big for my waist, it looked great on my hips. " hips don't lie, lalala", made me think of Shakira's song, Lol. Newayz, take a look in the shop ladies. I'm sure yul have fun trying to decide. Cheers!

Had a wonderful afternoon at Browns Plains TS. The service was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for better service and would like to give a big thankyou to Vee how you treat older people is nothing but fantastic.

A boutique and clearance shop under the one roof. Good choice of clothes and some bargain prices. The staff are the loveliest and most helpful ladies you will ever meet.

I am a bigger size but don't look.it and felt like I was being followed and judge by staff felt very uncomfortable

Friendly ladies with great fashion advice. Gorgeous fashionable clothes and accessories. Size ranges from 12 to 24. They also give a group styling experience so you can book a group of friends for a session for whats in whats out, what goes with what. What would suit your body shape and have fun having a girls/ladies day out.:) Tots booking in with the ladies. Check it out! You won't be disappointed with the range of clothes.:)

Love this place. This is there clearance store and it always has fantastic specials especially when there is % off their specials makes it even better.
