So blown away by the cleanliness, professionalism, care, kindness and their advanced technology! Dr Daniel took his time, did a thorough clean and explained everything I needed to know in detail. I've been going to denstists my whole life and I've never experienced what I experienced today! They certainly stand out from the rest! The assistant was lovely as well as the receptionist Karla. Honestly blown away! You can also tell the staff are very respectful towards one another which also impacts the experience. This practice will certainly be my only go to from now on! You won't leave here feeling like just a number. Well done Taigum Dental Team! Keep doing what you are doing because you are certainly doing it all so right and on point!

I have never thought I would enjoy coming to the dentist but there’s something about Taigum Dental Team that makes the experience worthwhile. The team is so lovely and have made me feel so welcome. Dr Keo talked through everything with me for my wisdom tooth extraction and made me feel very comfortable. I love the modern atmosphere and to have a choice as to what the team can offer to make my experience more comfortable. I was offered a neck pillow and blanket, as well as Netflix or my choice of music. They really make you feel important and I would never go anywhere else!

Dr Daniel Lee helped me out with my fillings, and he was patient, experienced and thorough. He answered questions I had, eased any anxiety and did a great job too

OMG where do I begin, after calling 3 emergency dentist? This one was the only one who had a spot, friendly service from phone call to actual procedure…An amazing dentist an assistant, you are made to feel comfortable from start to finish, highly recommended

Very nice and friendly staff, watched a movie during my time and it was very relaxing. You can choose any music and what you want to watch on Netflix.

The receptionists were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dentist & hygienist were both thorough and informative as well as kind.

Finally found an awesome dentist that can look after my gnashers. It's only taken 50+ yrs, but no more looking. Dr Keo even laughs at my dad jokes, so that's a bonus.

A Positive Impression.
First check up in a couple of years and I was apprehensive when I made the appointment.

Well I was pleasantly surprised when I was received at reception with a joyful and friendly Jodi (one of the Dental Technicians) who introduced herself and the Practice. Good Covid practices and simple details taken and the Dentist Dr Keo came out to meet me.

They guided through to the procedure area where he Cleaned and scaled my teeth.

Subsequent visit.

Dr Keo is the first Dentist I've been to in my 62 years who can give a oral needle without any discomfort.
5 fillings almost no discomfort.
The whole experience was calm for me, Dr Keo, Chrissy and Jodi were professional, caring and patient. Dr Keo explained (with photo that he had taken) the procedures and gave me an insight ahead of my next appointment and a detailed quote.

Taigum Dental Team were wonderful to deal with, I had a very sore tooth (don't have a regular dentist) however they managed to add me to a priority listing and get me through the door's. I met a very professional team which outlined the works required, completed two fillings painlessly and spent time to ensure I was well educated on dental health.
