It was a nice place to be. Lots of amazing people pretty welcoming and happy to provide help to strangers.

I ended up studying the Diploma of Nursing. When it came to residential school stage 2 there was a lack of communication in what to focus on in our stage 2 exam. I ended up leaving at the end of stage 2 because they chose to not give me placement. Therefore I could t finish stage 2 and wasted a whole year studying. They could not offer me other option as they had a new training package therefore I chose to go elsewhere. TAFE QUEENSLAND IS A WASTE IF MONEY THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SUPPORT.

Good campus, good educators. Parking can be a bit of a a pain, make sure you are a bit early. Public transport looks easily accessible

Double or triple charge for units you've only done once. Communication is not done. Promises aren't kept. It's as corrupted and broken as most government systems. It's frustrating. Extremely.

Tafe has to hire good staff who is actually happy to help student and want student to learn and grow. Most of the staffs are always unresponsive towards the email. I feel staffs do not have proper communication with each other. I just want is to get the reply of the email from the staffs. Is that too much to ask after paying lots and lots of fees? I hope it gets better.

The staffs do not know who is working in which department. It has been a horrible experience so far in here and i still have 1year to complete my course.

This campus is accessible for persons in wheelchairs. This place always has someone their to assist you

Service was outstanding even though I walked in near closing time on a Friday. Help was given willingly. Staff listened to my requests and supplied the appropriate information and set me up for an appointment for the next week.

Really rude staff member in customer service centre. No patience at all and shut the door when I was talking to her.

Terrible services, useless counters staff to international students, always says “you need to call Brisbane campus” “we’re only for domestic students” but I’m a TAFE Queensland student studying English courses in Gold Coast Southport campus, they are will not to care about anything from you.

I had a good time at TAFE, the support was good, however a bit more practical experience I feel would be nice.

I can't speak on any of the other campuses but Tafe Southport is a hot mess filled with rude, incompetent people. I deeply regret enrolling here. When I first enrolled, I was given conflicting information by a handful of people about the price I needed to pay, was asked to send my bank details to several different people, and some of the teachers were obviously disinterested and downright rude to students. Do yourself a favor and study elsewhere.

Highly recommended teacher Jo Jades, teaching hospitality for her care and supported student, also support student build careers and great feedback and knowledge sharing, wonderful teacher and great human being

Southport TAFE is a very poorly run this disorganised place you don't get any free print outdoor material and some of the teachers are incompetent and failed to answer student request emails for assistance for days and often never reply. They don't advise students until the last minutes that classes are cancelled which happens too often. This place is just a joke

The teacher is unhelpful as well as Tafe themselves they are disrespectful and rude. I am happy that I am leaving!

Credible courses available and TAFE Queensland Southport campus has a special place in my heart.

I have been waiting for my diploma for 3 months in the mail and today find out that they sent it to the wrong address. Now they are demaning a $30 ransom. Incompetent

That there is a lack on communication not only between staff but lack in communication between staff and student all they are interested in is there money from government the th can't get anything rite they accept you into a subject send you course hours then don't give you correct start dates and screw you with the course wouldn't recommend TAFE Queensland to anybody even if they were the last option left I'm quite discussted in there management staff and how they throw the buck on and try blame you

The Beauty department at this TAFE really is leading the way, ensuring their student leave not only with their qualification/s, but are industry ready.

Additional workshops are provided at no extra cost to students, using advanced technology which supersedes most RTO's offering the same qualification/s.

Customers service make you wait 30mn and they all sitting in front of their computer doing personal stuff. (Ielts desk)
