My 9 month old son has just started going to this amazing child care. They have an amazing staff who really take care of your kids and make them settle down. I will highly recomment this place.

I enrolled my daughter here after a family emergency and my father was no longer able to care for my daughter. My daughter attends three days a week in the kindy room. The staff are wonderful and understanding and I have been able to receive replies to my emails promptly if I have been unable to see staff members in person.

My daughter is happy with the meals provided and I am happy with the opening hours from 6: 30am to 6: 30pm. My daughter was able to fit in with the other children and enjoys the craft and learning opportunities provided by the early childhood educators. The rooms are clean and the outdoor play area is shaded.

I would highly recommend.

My son has been going here since he was 6months of age
His teachers are wonderful (Tracy&Kirstie) and of course the other staff that help out as well.
I honestly can't say a bad thing about this centre, they keep me informed for sleep and food routines
The updates of what the kids have done for the day in story park is amazing
My son have gone in leaps and bounds since starting here
I can't thanks the staff enough for their support and encouragement for my son
Keep up the great work ladies

My two year old son had his first day at Milestones Taigum last week, I was very nervous to send him but the amazing educators there made my little one feel very welcomed and safe! The amazing centre manager Holly helped me with all the information with enrolling my child showed me around and explained everything that I needed to know. The centre manager done an exceptional job at helping him adjust to his new childcare. Best decision I made was choosing Milestones Taigum!

The educator at Milestones are amazing!
We moved from interstates and my daughter was struggling to adapt to the new environment, all the educator were very supportive and tried their best to build a trusted relationship with my her.
Now my daughter is super happy in the center and she can wait to go to play with her friends everyday.
When I ask my daughter what she likes the most about her school she said “my friend, my teachers”
What I like the most is the great environment, the water park and the family atmosphere.

My child was attending this centre for a few months until last week, and was removed from there immediately last Monday. The educators are lovely, they do what they can. My child was bitten 3 times in the space of 5 weeks by the same child. I understand children bite and that is not the issue, the issue is the poor handling of it all. Since the old centre manager resigned in what I can only imagine would be from lack of support from management, the place has spiraled downwards fast. It took me to tell them I was removing him from care for them to offer any form of rectifying this behavior, something they could have offered after the 1st or even 2nd time this happened. They also told me I would have to pay 4 weeks of care as a notice period for removing him for his safety. They did end up waving this, not that I was ever going to pay it. My son has only just turned 1. They used Huggies nappies and didn't tell me or anyone I assume that they decided to change the brand and my son came home with a huge rash, he isn't allergic but he get irritated skin from cheap nappies. I would have mentioned this had they ever mentioned they were planning on changing the nappies brand they use. They did go back to Huggies after I complained, but I see that they still use the cheap ones on other children. ALSO they use a storypark app which uploads photos and videos daily for parents, and the last upload of a video they did with my son, they can be heard in the video VERY CLEARLY saying my sons name and talking about his father, the video cuts out before the end, so we can only assume what they are talking about. I've already saved it for the formal complaint I'm in the process of making. I feel like if they have time to gossip about my child who is crawling and not walking, they have time to watch him before he gets bitten.

I have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old here and are so happy with the centre. The staff are all lovely, and caring - they have all been there for years which means it feels more like a family with limited staff turn over. Great caring and supportive director too! Highly recommend!

Tadpoles Taigum is the best place a child could spend their early years. My daughter used to go to a different child care centre previously, but after two days of play time at Tadpoles Taigum she was keep telling me that I want to go to my new school. I was amazed with her comments. Also she loves the educators there. She told me Mama Miss **** is so funny. Love Taigum Tadpoles and the Team.

If you are or ever have sent your kid to this service, make sure you keep an eye on your account. They will keep charging you even after you stopped attending.

Fantastic centre - one of the lowest staff turnovers that I have ever experienced- the staff genuinely care about your children plus the playground turns into a water park in summer! Food and nappies provided too!

I've had no issues with this daycare. The teachers have helped my child grow immeasurably and he likes going. He is often greeted with a hug and the staff are cheerful and relatable. If they can, in the afternoons his teachers talk to me about how his day went. When he started over a year ago, I would call during the day to check on him, and they were always understanding and obliging. My child has a split household and this is handled gracefully by staff - my child has even made craft items to take home at christmas for both parents and the xmas tree.
At christmas time, a free 'party' was held with a live show, lunch and Santa bringing a present for each child on behalf of the daycare. All parents were invited and it was lovely, I was impressed.

As for the new director and staff changes? I am unaware of the impact that has had. The only thing I could think of that could be improved upon is communication with parents when their children are in a different room/class or trialing the next class for when they move up.

When I was at the door looking for someone. The lady came and behaved very rudely. Very poor hospitality.
