I needed a particular item which I located via Tactical Gears website. Rang the number provided which was answered almost immediately by a real person, (Josh) who was in Australia, and who knew the product I was inquiring about. The person I spoke with could not have been more helpful, and treated me like I was a member of his family. He allowed me to order the product over the phone, gave me an order number, tracking number, and an estimated time I could expect arrival of the package. It arrived two days earlier than his estimate, in pristine condition, and was exactly the item I required. Will be my first option from now on. Ten out of ten.

Shipping was a bit of a hassle but this was an Australia post issue. Customer service was top notch to fix the postal issue, very responsive and helpful.

Fast delivery and I received exactly the high-quality boots I was looking for. There was an obvious price glitch on the website and so I was expecting a call/email to get it fixed up before I would receive my boots. I got the call shortly thereafter, and was happy to find out the parcel had already been shipped and they offered a fantastic deal to finalise the sale. Extremely happy with the customer service and will be both returning here when I need new shoes as well as recommending the site to family and friends.

TGA are quality providers of tactical kit with first rate customer service. I have made several purchases with them and found that their customer service is first rate. A recent purchase of boots from them was quick and easy and the response to my emails regarding materials and sizing was rapid, accurate and helped steer me in the right direction with brand selection.

Over the years I have purchased kit from several suppliers, however I have found that some of them have have become particularly commercial and less concerned with the quality of the brands they supply and the service they provide to customers - that’s not the case with Tactical Gear Australia. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with TacticalGear. I ordered a pair of Merrell MOAB 2 Tactical Boots on Thursday morning, delivered Friday morning. Thanks Guys.

It's the nature of online purchasing that not everything can go perfectly, but TGA have decided that at least their customer service can be. I appreciated getting a call from Josh and having my order resolved and sent with care and efficiency. Can't ask for more than that.

I recently purchased a thermal monocular and was a little disappointed at the soft, synthetic bag with it which provided no protection. I hunted around online to try and find some sort of bag which would offer some protection. Eventually I discovered the Tactical Gear website and found a Jelly Roll case which seemed to be about right. I placed an order which arrived very quickly which was surprising due to the Covid-19 situation and have found it to be absolutely perfect for purpose. The roll is very well padded, the zips run very freely variety of attachment points and, more importantly, the thermal is a neat fit, yet very easy to put in as well as remove from the roll.
So, if you are looking for a bag etc for gear such as I was, I would thoroughly recommend looking to these guys for some quality items.

I went through Tactical Gear to order some boots for my upcoming placement on road. Unfortunately Aus Post mixed up some things with my order, but I'm pleased to say Tactical Gear dealt with these issues in the most professional and friendly manner.
I would not hesitate to use their services again, and I'll be recommending their website to all my friends who are in need of the products which they stock.
