Staff are really friendly and are great at giving information regarding products. Products are good quality.

Great staff, great service, great stock range. They even have an Indoor firing range to try before you buy and cycle a mag before leaving to make sure everything runs the way it should. I spent $1300 yesterday and am fighting myself to not go back today and do it again

My kids have a ball here and we even bring the sports teams we coach for some bonding (running around getting even haha) here for end of season fun.

They have a great Verity of gell blasters there and was impressed with there shooting gallery but on the down side iwent to get new charger and they sold me an American plug so 40 min drive each way was for nothing

Young guy behind sales counter was passive aggressive answering questions, definitely not a people person, didn't know what he was talking about, talked me out of a sale, won't be back.

Elise may be behind the scenes but her service, even if it’s just being the middle man, she follows EVERYTHING up to the nth degree. I know her job, and customers can put their trust in her. Her personality shows in her words, and clients need to feel that connection. As a businessman myself, ie that El is a huge part of TacEdge and I’ve experienced similar positions where 95% of the work that the worded face of the company simply does not know how much that person at her desk accomplishes everyday and continuously for D long as it takes to end with Satisfied customer.

Don't shop here when they are trying to do their stocktake during business hours. Bought a display blaster but wasn't made aware of all the things that would be missing in the kit although I paid full price for it. Store manager doesn't seem to care too much about his staffs customer service either

I order a buttery but it came in broken, I emailed tactical edge and I got my money easily refunded. The kind lady Elise emailed me and she was super helpful

The Customer Support Officer Elise had Helped me when I had ordered an outer stock item And went above and beyond to try to help me and fix the problem this is why I really only shop at a tactical edge

1st time in store waited 20 min while staff talked about how to make sales but never actually acknowledged me at all. Eventually spoke to someone paid money purchased a pistol, gels, gas, ect. Have put 3 clips through my WeTek 1911, And well it wouldn’t hit the side of a barn a foot away. Very disappointed. So I called the store to ask for some advice and they tell me Will need to spend another $80 on barrel extension and a step up for me to get the pistol accurate, maybe.

Great store moose is a legend love his attitude and friendly honest service, the other guys are cool too, keep up the good work with the retunes etc my ak74u came out of here 3x better than it did out of the box and it was ripping it up then so that's saying a lot. Well done tac edge God loves you
