Really amazing people working here can't thank them enough! I came in intending to buy a cheaper blaster and they let me test it out before they pointed out a better one was on sale for very similar money and let me fire that as well and I was sold. Also I managed to break it due to my own user error on the first day, I called them and they were happy to do a straight swap and took me through how to make sure I don't do it again and it's working awesome. They were real good about it.great customer service you won't find this on a website!

This is one of my favourite sporting/hobby stores. Friendly staff, good selection and easy, accessible parking make it a breeze for a quick stop.

I recently dropped in to pick up an order for my 12-year-old son at the Geebung store. We were met with staff almost tripping over each other to assist us. Not only did they go above and beyond with service, but also provided him a tonne of advice, tips, demo’s and more, with no pressure to buy. We did, however, choose to buy 2 further products as we could have them professionally installed on the spot. My son could not get the smile off his face.
We have not experienced service like this in any business in a very long time. I commend the staff and owners of this store. We are really grateful for the wonderful experience given to us. Thankyou greatly team!

Bought a vector and had some manufacturing issues, brought it in within the 30 day warranty period and they put in a work order to have it fixed straight away,

So I've been dealing with Tac Edge now on a regular basis since my first review.and honestly I just can't recommend them enough.
Not only do these guys seem to have the most unshakeable integrity, but their work ethic and dedication to REAL customer service is straight up second to none.

This is not simply paying lip service, but seriously praising a team who consistently go above and beyond.

I have lost count of the number of times that myself or someone I know has had an experience where the staff here have gone WAY outside their normal duties to take care of us, sometimes staying late just to be certain that we're looked after.

To Christie, Dave, James, Trent and especially the new tech Rhys:
You guys absolutely rock.
Keep doing what you do.

There's a ton of Gel Blaster shops out there, a lot of them market hard and deliver poorly.
These guys seem to be the opposite.
Have been there half a dozen times so far and each experience better than the last.

Good, knowledgeable team who are honest about the high and low points of all the equipment they sell.

10/10 do recommend.

After several false starts in the hobby with multiple retailers (GBU being the worst / avoid them at all costs) I was about to give up.then I met Odin who restored my faith and fun in GB. TacEdge are a great retailer who know their stuff and go out of their way to provide great service. Odin was very patient with bit of back and forth which in the end resulted in a very happy customer with faith restored. I will never deal with another retailer. TacEdge only.from here on

Came to buy my first gel blaster with an experience friend. Very busy place but staff is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Came back second day for exchange as item did not fit blaster. Again very helpful. Thanks to David and team (sorry forgot your friend who helped me at the counter). Good price as well when compared with others. Highly recommended!:)

I Would like thank the guys at Banyo Store for sorting out some issues I had in regards to very poor customer service provided by the Tech Team in Yatala. I am not going to go into details but the level of customer service the Yatala Team has provided to me was just really poor. Christie, Chris and Dave went above and beyond to solve my problem. I have been shopping in Banyo since the very first time they opened the doors and I really hope these guys continue to make part of the Tactical Edge Team if the Banyo Store gets closed because they are a asset for any business. This 5 Stars Rating goes to the Banyo Store.

Dropped off my MP5 for repair in February and finally picked it up today after 5 months and no phone call and a $67 fee for it to not work. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the past few years but this was the final straw. I won't be back you can guarantee that. I don't care about the money its the principle.
