DO NOT buy from this store. I got a wrong tea that was the same colour and in the row my normal tea was - did not discover until I opened it a home and it had fruity bits in it. I am a long standing customer who spends $45 every couple of weeks on tea, and the uncaring Manager basically said “ tough luck” as it had been opened, and incredulously said I couldn’t “prove” the one I bought was in the wrong shelf - so much for trust and proper treatment of regular customers. Manager could certainly use some coaching in PR and customer retention as I will never set foot in that shop again. If I could give zero stars I would.

T2 is located at the LG floor of Queens Plaza (easy to locate). Very colorful vibe in the store with a lot of tea selections. Though there were only a couple of tea for sample tasting, the staff were quite helpful with explaining to us about other tea's scent, taste, etc. Nice place to stop by to get something for yourself or for friends!

The staff at this store should be the benchmark for every other t2 store. The staff go above and beyond every single time.

The people who work here were really nice and helpful. I enjoyed shopping here. I was disappointed that they didn’t have more in stock (this the star deduction). But, considering how many customers they had, I can understand why.

I purchased one of their tea cubes. Note that the tea is just in a bag inside. It’s not easy to reseal so it might be best to get a tin as well, if you don’t have one at home.

I already tried the tea I got there and it was as warm and positive a drinking experience as their store was a shopping experience. I really hope they get more in stock. I’d love to raise their rating to 5-stars. It’s rare I shop somewhere where my only complaint is that they don’t have more for me to buy!

Wonderful place with lots of teas. A large range of prices for gift giving. The place is clean very tidy sell lit. The displays are good.perhaps a bit more information would be good. Also had a load of things to make tea with. Staff member very helpful. Gunpowder tea is a favourite of ours.

Zero customer service. I was just in the store for 5-7 minutes and at times I was the only person in the store. There were 3 staff at 2 counters and at no time did someone ask if I needed help or advice. I could have asked of course, but the fact the staff couldn't have cared less encouraged me to change my mind in spending $80 on a tea set, which I'd now rather buy from a store who actually cares about their customer.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. They offered to make me a fresh tea to test before purchasing a box of it.

Dont get me wrong i love the tea and the customer service was good. But the price you need to pay is a bit steep for most people.

The staff are helpful, bubbly and super friendly! When I told them today that my T2 thermos had started leaking, they immediately found me a replacement part and sent me on my way with a smile.

Good ambience. A happy staff. Great tea collection. This outlet is located in queen plaza mall. It is very near to the metro station. They have a wide range and variety of tea. T2 is originally started in Melbourne. The staff is really helpful in picking up your right tea. A wide range of cups and saucers also available. T2 products are also a good gift option.

T2 has the largest collection of teas to choose from. Highly recommend the French earl grey and Sydney breakfast. I’d recommend exotic flavours like madagascan vanilla and white rose for those with more adventurous tastes. Love the teapots and strainers too. Great ambience. Friendly staff.

Nice choice of tea obviously. But i cant help feeling its a bit too pricey. I prefer boutique tea shops that sells loose tea of all types by the gram, without all the added flavours, glitzy packaging and expensive marketing.
