T2 Tea

Really bad customer service. Was in there to buy Christmas gifts. Completely ignored for 10 minutes. On the way out the lady from behind the counter asked if I wanted a hand but it was far too late. Very disappointing

I love coming here! There’s always a wide range of tea and teawares on display. I miss pre-covid sampling at the front of the store but it can’t be helped - it just goes to show that T2 are still taking the health of their customers seriously. I always leave with a pretty teacup or mug.

We arrived at this shop close to 4pm today. The shop attendant Josie randered us top-notch customer services. We have found her professionalism most impressive!

That finally had Gone Surfing restocked (since it's so popular). But yeah, there's something here for everyone. I especially like the licorice one as an appetite suppressant.

Great selection of weird, wonderful, and fragrant flavours. Very friendly and helpful staff who offer great service. There are a lot of great cups, mugs, teapots, and other items here as well, so be prepared to leave with much more than you thought! Great for gifts!

Always love the staff at this particular store. Honestly I don't buy my tea from anywhere else.

This place is awesome for anything Tea related, bought this tea pot set in October, staff members are so helpful and remembered me when I was in a couple of days ago. Great quality at reasonable prices. Thankyou.

The lady I spoke to was amazing, she gave me a run down on the best sellers and told me her sale deals.
A was tasting all the hot teas because T2 is always amazing with there samples.
She gave me a piece of paper on how to make a beautiful tea.
Scene I like sweet tea she had showed me what she has. I also like chai spicy tea she showed me that aswell.
I really appreciated her effort of showing me everything, I didn't buy anything.

The staff here are so lovely and helpful, without being in your face. The store is beautifully presented and such a huge range of stock.

Loved my early annerversary present from hubby. Great customer service too, even though I did change my mind too many times.

I like their products but wish they were not so expensive. The overhead of being in a major mall is jacking up the price of the Tea.

A wide selection of interesting and standard teas, along with tea-related paraphernalia.

Staff were attentive and helpful but not pushy; got a hello, an "anything you were after in particular? " and approached with a little cup of free tea while I browsed - apart from that they were hanging at the counter or helping other people. The way a shop should be.

In terms of price it's like any other T2 in that you can easily spend a boatload of money ($161 worth of tea? Sure.). If you buy the bigger containers though, and compare them to he cost of a purchased cup of tea somewhere that would serve such nice teas, it's cheap as chips.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store has a great chilled out vibe and a large selection teas and brewing products. They even offer free gift wrapping at Christmas.

I was offered a loyalty card last time I was there which was great. They also offer tasters for the time too.
Expensive teas but so worth it for the quality.

After the Christmas sales, the stock is a bit run Down, we can't find the jug that we're looking for but the staff generally friendly and helpful.
