T2 Tea

I walked around Pac fair for 3 hours trying to find a birthday present. I went to T2 as I have not been there before and wow! The young lady that helped me was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. The items in this store are unique and so beautiful. The staff member helped me pick some item's and then put them in a gift box and gift wrapped them. So special. Thank you. Save your time and head straight to this store for the perfect gift.

Turned up on time for a 20% off. Found a great tea pot for my beloved wife. Was greeted and given good service.

Friendly staff, quick service. They still offer free gift wrapping for loyalty members. Only pity was that there was no taste tests running at the time of the visit (maybe due to Covid)

Really bad experience, treated really badly by staff in Pac Fair. Have my ordered placed online and came to pick it up.

My order was there with my name on it and the receipt but the staff realised (after giving it to me) that they’ll take my bag back because they cannot find my order in the system (how come then it is there and hs my name on it? !?) … It is impossible to place an online order without payment.

I was asked to go home empty handed without my order or a refund and complain to the customer service… really? What is the use of 5 ladies in the store who can’t give me my order nor find it in the “system “ … but my order was there - with my name on it.
I have literally never experienced such bad customer service, no apologies, no compensation for the fact that I have wasted hours of my life to:
- place the order online
- drive to Pac Fair
- go through this unpleasant hassle with them
- go home and write to T2 customer care
- have another conversation with the store where i was even given the wrong customer care email
- now unhappily writing this… no, it’s really way way too much for such a big brand to treat customers like that

You can choose favorite teas.if you wanna try some, ask clerk. They’re so kind.

Such a beautiful store! Stunning!
However when I walked in I had 5 min and $50 and had to walk out empty handed.
The moment I walked in I saw what I wanted.wow.but can I afford it; I look everywhere for a price. Can't find one. Try work out the price card displays that only identify the product by name.what is the name of this?

I love T2 tea so picking the tea I knew was no problem. Price on tea clear, excellent.
But can I afford this.teacup with lid and strainer (still no clue what it's called.)
1 min left in desperation I ask a staff member. "why is there no price for these".
"There is, you just need to look on these price cards here. (the ones I was previously tying to decipher). Oh wait.they are not on here (No kidding) Well they are $36.
Quick calculation in my head tells me I can afford this - yay!
Sadly time was up (My partner had a zoom meeting) and I didn't have time to chose a colour so we had to leave.
Moral of the story is. Put prices on things and don't make people work when they come in store.
Lost sale.

Well stocked store. The sales assistant seemed a bit flat. I am a regular so I know the teas etc. Sale is worthwhile shopping t stick up

Best service ever! I have no idea about tea but needed to get some as a present so went in and was served by a tea master! She was great and very knowledgeable and understanding. They also have a huge range of tea to choose from and a great many fancy tea cups and tea pots. If tea is what you’re looking for this place is the go to!

I sometimes go into T2 Tea just for the atmosphere and the free samples of course but this time the staff went above and beyond their customer service duty to help me. Thank you very much.

Was helped last week by the amazing sales assistant Tori, she was very kind and understanding and took the time to help me out with what I needed, she really went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it. Great store as well, so beautiful, i will definitely be back once the stores reopen after The Rona!:)

Lauren at T2 Pacfair is so terrific! She was so helpful and really helped me pick the perfect tea for my taste. Definitely recommend that you check this place out!

There is always a delicious brew up for tasting, and their teas are unbeatable in flavour and value for money!

I bought some beautiful tea, cups and saucers and breakfast chocolate as Christmas gifts from here recently. This is my go to store for family gifts. You could spend a fortune in this store, it's just so lovely to have a mooch around in here. Everything is displayed so well, which makes it easier to find that item you are looking for. The staff here are lovely and so helpful. I tried some tea tastings and bought tea for myself.

I've been coming to T2 for years now and this has been my favorite tea store ever! The store is always clean and the atmosphere is refreshing. The tea is amazing and the staff are even more wonderful! I'm always greeted by a lovely women named Cindy and she is the kindest person I've met and is always super welcoming and helpful! She always makes sure that I'm getting the best products that she knows I would love. I would like to say thank you to her! ️️

For a non tea drinker, I love Tea2. Staff always lovely and the girl at Pacific Fair looks like Nigella Lawson.

Super friendly staff! I got a couple of things for my girlfriends birthday and forgot some of them in the store. I'm not a tea person, so one of the staff, Tyler, had helped me pick out some teas and had what I'd forgotten set aside me for me when I came back in the next day.

This is honestly one of my favourite places on earth. The welcoming atmosphere, the friendly & knowledgeable staff, and of course the incredible tea! I especially love the little tea taste tests they have available at the bar — and will even brew a separate one up if you ask! Love love love. Will be returning many times.
