What can I say, I had an amazing experience at Garden city T2. My partner and I were greeted by Blair and she was very knowledgeable, open and friendly. Blair helped me decided on the perfect Mother’s Day gift and I had a lovely chat with her too. Thank you Blair for being so perfect at your job!

Absolutely fantastic service- huge shout out to Jan! When the lid from my teapot was unfortunately dropped and broken at home (a very special teapot- my mothers birthday gift!), Jan at T2 Mt Gravatt offered to see if any of their spare lids could fit, and, after taking the time and trouble to look at them and even taking it to the display teapot to check that it fit, she let me take home a well-fitting spare lid- absolutely changed the colour of not just my day, but my mothers also! Thank you Jan and T2, will shop again

The staffs are amazing. They were helping me out during the whole shopping even I was taking so long to choose the items. And packed the products very carefully for my long flight. Can’t avoid leaving a 5-star review

When you think of tea, you often think of tea bags. When I think of tea, I think of T2. I love the mixed teas you can get. The combinations are almost endless. Whatever you want, they probably have it.

In addition to tea, they also sell the cutest accessories. Tea cups, tea pots, jugs to make iced tea in. It's truly your one stop tea shop.

10/10 highly recommend.

I had the most lovely experience in T2 with help from Kurt, who made me feel so welcome and made great recommendations. They were kind and considerate to ask about allergy needs and outline dietary information for me, which was very appreciated.

Shopped at T2 on Black Friday today, the lady with beautiful bright makeup & red eye shadow (sorry I forgot her name) was super helpful and friendly, thought the lady at the register was not as nice and seemed cold (I think her name was Ruby), didn’t offer me the Christmas gift wrap box (my purchase was a Christmas gift) until I asked, I had already told her that I was a member prior but she questioned me again when I asked for the Christmas box. She also didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt and just like “see you next time”. Overall i think the manager, the male staff and the lady with red eye makeup were all very friendly and welcoming except for the lady at the register.

I like the store i tell the lady I need a big tea cup she show me tiger one tea cup so cute it’s worth it cost $20 definitely big fan t2

Usual t2 range which is excellent tea. The staff member I spoke to was amazingly help and had an excellent understanding of products and was able to make recommendations based upon my preferences

I visited this store on 17/12/2020 for some last minute Christmas gifts and the staff were absolutely superb. The tall lady with the short blonde curly hair was awesome. Thanks!

Amazing shop! So much variety of tea. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful and nice. Would 110% recommend to any tea lovers!

I visited the garden city store 13/8/20
I asked the assistant for something similar to carrot cake she advised the Baxter’s Buns would be the closest I accepted her opinion however when tasting it it was nothing like the carrot cake blend.and $26 later opposed to $16 very disappointing

So many varieties to choose from, my favourite is the T2 Pick Your Six, it is great as a present.

This place has great customer service and legendary tea. The tea is legit, it's that old school style of tea, where you need a proper way to diffuse it. The tea isnt ground and the flavours aren't infused into the leaves. The taste your getting is literally chunks of dried fruit/ wood/ leaves etc.

I got this for my mum for her birthday and she loved it. That's saying something because she is really picky with gifts.

Always lovely people who know how to recommend things to you. Got into conversations about tea which were inviting and well personalised. The shop is small but well advertised as the colorful tea sets really drag you in. Which I love.

Very helpful. I was lost, had no idea about tea but my mum wanted some specific tea pot. The lady who helped me got exactly what my mum was after and I even ended up joining the T2 tea society

I came in today (11.03.19) at 10: 30am. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name but the lady who helped me was amazing! So many great suggestions and made the perfect tea, she also made an effort to make sure it would be to my taste. Staff are always super nice and helpful. Thanks!

T2 has awesome teas. Really, really awesome. I just wish they had cheaper prices. The staff are all helpful and will brew you up a cup of anything you want to try.

Lots of teas to try. Staff were maybe too helpful, if that's possible. Main issue is they are a tad expensive - but they have some good deals.

This is a definite yes for all u tea lovers, not cheep, but then when was anything of any quality cheep. Huge range to choose from for that special cuppa.
