T2

Major props to the two ladies on tonight. Helped us a lot with deciding a gift for someone and they were great with the kids antics.

Went in the other day to buy a tea maker and the girl up sold me on two tea types with it I nearly vomited when I tasted the tea absolutely disgusting tea life teas are so so much better than this company for size value flavor ingredients T2Tea just does not compare to tea life at all sorry guys but so disappointed she didn’t even ask me what flavor I like total waste of money

Some of the most excellent customer service you can come by. Friendly and receptive when helping us to organise a return of products and just making extra sure we were well taken care of. Really makes shopping at the chermside T2 that much more enjoyable and is a testament to the wonderful staff working there.

I had a great experience today at T2 Chermside. I went in for one of my favourite teas and enquired about the chilled tea range. The sales woman was so informative and could recall specific information about teas and provide recommendations for the tea I was purchasing and other varieties. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service. Im sorry I didn’t get your name but it was in the afternoon and she had awesome pink hair

I went to buy my mum a Christmas present as she’s a big fan of the tea’s there. When I went to buy 2 packets of tea, I was told that they don’t sell them individually, and that I would have to buy a 6 pack. Why? It’s a ridiculous policy that prevents people from buying products there. I just left because I didn’t want to get upset with the employee (because it’s not their fault). Maybe I’m overreacting, but the general prices of things and their stupid store policies are stopping me from shopping there again.

Came in today to buy a specific mug with infuser that I had diligently researched. Was told yes it is in stock but we don’t have the “staff” to go and get it from upstairs as staff haven’t turned up and I need to send my girls on breaks. Was then told there were plenty of “other” lovely cups in the store. Or better still buy it online (and pay the postage) or wait till the Boxing Day sales!
I even offered to go and do other shopping and come back but that was a no that won’t help us!

Lovely store - great for gift ideas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited looking for a new tea strainer for an existing teapot - the staff gave me exactly what I needed.

Came in today just out of curiosity but had the best experience with Jesse! He was so helpful and my mum and I had the greatest conversation. Really excellent customer service skills, thank you so much!

We came in tonight to buy a single tea set and loose leaf tea as a present and India was extremely helpful, attentive and had great energy. She is definitely an asset to the Chermside T2 store. Thanks India! And I’m sure the present will be loved?

In the shops staff are very kind but your website is a disaster because is very complicated to choose. Ask your engineers to do a better job!

T2 staff are great, products are well laid out (be nice if they were super cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for.)

The range of teas are great but it's awesome for gifts, sets of cups/pots etc. Wife is always happy to get gifts from here too.

Always good to try the taste testers as well, you work out pretty quick which ones are your favourites but allows you to try something different.

Anton and his team are absolutely beautiful. Every time I walk in I am greeted with wonderful and energetic team members. Anton is great to chat with and goes above and beyond to answer all questions and make you feel welcomed in the store. I am a big fan and will always recommend everyone to Anton and his team.

The staff here go above and beyond to help with your tea selection which was amazing as I had no idea where to start. I left with a bag of samples to try all of which was delicious and I have since returned to buy my favourites.

Despite almost always being very busy, the staff are usually very polite and helpful, and are willing to offer you a taste of a number of teas that they have pre-made. Prices are more expensive than many teas, but that's expected given their "designer" nature. Plenty of stock is available in store, with a huge number of different flavours on offer. Gift wrapping is usually available at no extra cost too.

I would like to Thank JESS at T2 Chermside for her help today.she was wonderful and very helpful.all the staff are lovely. I love all my Teapots, Cups and Saucers and all my many varieties of beautiful teas. Love this store. I highly recommend you go for a visit, you will not be disappointed.

T2 is a great place to visit if you're searching for an elegant gift for someone special. They have an ever changing, ever colorful range of teapots, tea cups, saucers and all things associated with the fine art of tea drinking. Of course, they also sell tea and you can taste endless samples of their tea mixes - green tea, fruit tea, chai tea, hot tea, iced tea. All in all it's a relaxing shop to visit, among a sea of busy-ness.
