The pool table is great. My friends and I often get together to play pool. With it, we can have a party at home and play pool at the same time. I have to say, this is a great idea.

I recently ordered a stylish sofa set from T&R Sports, and the entire purchase experience was excellent. When it arrived, there was a minor issue with one of the cushions. I contacted their support team, and they were quick to resolve it. They arranged for a replacement cushion, and I'm now enjoying my cozy sofa without any concerns. T&R Sports truly cares about their customers' satisfaction

I purchased a Rattan Hanging Swing Chair which arrived, had clearly been previously assembled, looked nothing like the website images that initially influenced my choice and was of sub-par quality (while the same price as other quality chairs on the market.) Despite this misrepresentation, after multiple emails back and forward T&R Sports denied my full refund request, even proposing a 20% deduction plus depreciation cost. Their responses grew frustrating, with statements like "Please know that we are confident in the product that we sell as we know the quality it was made of. Also, we cannot please everyone as we have all different perception but please know if you have issues with the product, we can replace any parts that you think is faulty and give a discount on this too. "

Ultimately, consumers have the right to receive a product that matches the website's aesthetic representation. Upon reading others negative reviews and similar issues, I can now see that this store is filled with cheap quality products and have a laughable customer service protocols regarding refunds. Wish I had of read these reviews prior!

I would not recommend purchasing from T&R Sports unless you're able to visit their store and view the product in person. Their customer service is very responsive, but are terribly frustrating to deal with. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received.my E-Bike was faulty, peddle kept falling off, front disk brake was bent. It took 1 month & many emails just to have the bile collected. It's been over a month to deliver the bike back. I am given a day so I wait at home all day & nobody shows up, not even a simple phone call. Do not use this company. Worst customer service & product I have even seen.

Absolutely hopeless. I don't even know where to begin. Really bad communication, like really bad communication. I was sent a scooter, the charging port blew up on the first day, they came and picked it up 2 weeks later.no communication in-between delivering it back to me weeks later even though I asked for updates multiple times. Just got the scooter back and the charging port is still blown and they didn't give a new charging cable which had also blown.

Never ever ever again will I give myself such a migraine by shopping here again.

Really happy with the product, works great. Got it professionally installed and got extended warranty for a peace of mind. Customer service and response was really impressive, highly recommended. Kids love the pool table combo (3 in 1, thanks T R Sports, you guys are fabulous!

Ordered and paid $989.99 for an Akez 002 ebike on 05082022 for despatch 15082022. Contacted numerous times to be advised would be 1 more week due to shipping. Same response every time I contact them. Not holding my breath but hopefully they will contact me today and if it is another week I will be contacting Paypal for a full refund.

As soon as I received scooter, the battery died. After waiting for a week for maintenance, I can't move after riding it three times. It is recommended not to buy their scooter. Pretty suck. There are a lot of problems.

I placed an order for a trampoline and never received an order confirmation. They took my money, but never confirmed anything. So I email a few 5 days later, asking where is my order confirmation, and when my item will be shipped, because as per the website, shipping is outlined as 5-10 working days. I get a response that actually for large or bulky items, shipping is 7-14 working days - NO MENTION OF THIS AT ALL ON THE WEBSITE. So, I then asked where is my order confirmation - no response.

After looking at the reviews, I decided to ask for my order to be cancelled and a full refund, or I would be raising a formal complaint with ACCC - this was two days ago and STILL NOTHING!

So then today I get a random text message from Hero Express (?) saying my item will be delivered in 2 days. Still no item/order number.in fact, I don't even know if that relates to this as NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME.

All I want is my order cancelled and my money refunded, which is outlined on the website as allowable as long as no shipping confirmation has been received, and well, I haven't received any confirmation of any kind and NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME.

I will be raising a complaint with the ACCC and I warn nobody to ever purchase anything from this dodgy website ever again. Absolute SCAMMERS!

Pretty upset with them atm. They have delivered the wrong side pads for my pool table. Been 4 weeks. Very hard to contact, seems only through email. Trying to get a refund and waiting for response. Will this be sorted out? Who knows….
