Sydney Tools Underwood

Have been to Sydney Tools Underwood 4 times in the past 2 weeks. Today I picked up a new Ego 42cm Lawn Mower. Was served by Ryan and he made the whole process super easy. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for any sort of tools to check them out.

I used to be a big shopper at Bunnings but since sydney tools opened and the great prices for all the tools there I can say with no hesitation that everything needed for my business now my first option that store.
Very happy with stuffs customer services especially Jack.
I would highly recommend.

Visited Sydney tools in underwood had a very great customer service from this person name JACK.this was our first time visit there and had a awesome service from him. Very helpful and very informative. Bought all my tools from here almost nine tools with good price.

Unbelievably and hilariously bad service. I have never had such bad customer service. I did purchase my Ego gardening kit and had the blower fail. It sat on their floor for 6 weeks while they told me it was off getting fixed. I had to chase it up with Ego to then find out it had been cancelled and was still at the store, I had to get it myself and take it to the repairer. A week or so later, Ego replaced it with a new one. Well done Ego.

I then had an issue with the chain saw and it turned out the chain was missing a tooth that was a manufacturer fault but I was accused of trying to get a free chain out of the manager, as he said Ego do not warrant the chain. He did reluctantly send off an email after voicing how ridiculous that is when you can see it has not been damaged in any way.

So after seeing all his other reviews on his lack of trust and sees everyone as shop lifters and trying to rip him off, even with a simple $35 chain, he is still theoretically awaiting a response from Ego as he had been away for a week. Most likely checking security on his home.

Go to any other store if you want anything that resembles basic service.

Sorry to the staff for having to be led by his leadership.

Had Teo look after me with my purchase of a rupes variables speed machine polisher today.

Went above and beyond with his customer service, running me through a few different options and models.unfortunately they didn't have my wanted model in stock, but he had a look around other stores and found another store that had one in stock and made a call to check.

Top service, looked after me with pricing and set me up in their system for future purchases. Five star service

Went to Sydney Tools Underwood on Boxing Day to get a DeWalt Blower Skin and used the in store credit to buy a Bayer Hammer Drill. Teo, who served me provided BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE to me, as they didn’t have the Drill in stock at the store, Teo arranged for it to be delivered from another store to my home at no extra cost to me. I had some communication with them after that about Tracking my delivery and I spoke to the store manager who was just brilliant too. SYDNEY TOOLS UNDERWOOD HAS THE BEST TEAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will shop there again. (Already been there numerous times in the last 12 months while renovating)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Price tag says $89, online say $89 but guy behind the desk was telling me it's $119.didn't even check the price ticket, when I asked but mate it's states $89, his excuse was oh we only have two staff in store so we didn't have a chance to change the ticket.umm mate cope out haha especially when the price is actually $89. JUST DO YOUR JOB.

Rude staff. Was browsing for some time when a staff member came running up and shouting that my wife couldn't be in the store with her handbag and that she would have to leave it at the counter (no thanks) or leave the store. We left the store without purchasing anything and went to Repco on Moss Street where we were treated with the upmost respect. Happy to let you check our bag when we leave but their policy of leaving the bag at a counter will not happen. Lost a customer today. If you don't trust us, we will not trust you!

Terrible experience at this store today. Went in to buy some tools and instead was stalked by an employee then asked to leave my handbag at the counter or in my car. I have been here previously and spent a lot of money here, will never be back.

Very rude as soon as you get to the door they yell at you to put your handbag behind the counter apparently your not allowed your hand bag in the store, HOW RIDICULOUS ITS A LITTLE HANDBAG! (They must just assume everyone is there to steal from their store) WHAT A JOKE, TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT. How do I know my handbag won’t be handed out to someone else as it’s just sitting behind the counter for anyone to collect. PATHETIC!

Fantastic service. Have shopped in store multiple times and everyone has been super helpful. Ordered some tools online and Jaiden shot an email with shipping info straight away. Great service all round. Highly recommend the Underwood store!

I wasn't allowed on the store with my bag, are they questioning my honesty? If they don't trust me I won't trust them or deal with them, they have lost a customer that spends/spent A LOT of money in Sydney Tools. NEVER AGAIN!

Disgusted! Told to leave my handbag at the counter or wait outside after entering with my husband. Well, guess what, I had the credit card and there was no way I was going to purchase anything from there even if they had what he wanted. Would give 0 stars if possible!

Just made my first purchase from Sydney Tools Underwood. Very impressed with the sheer scale of the store and the range available. The staff were more than happy to help, even though it was nearly knock off time. Will be back for sure!

Had a very good easy transaction with these guys rescently, especially salesperson ROBERT he does what he says he is going to do, and rings you back, when he says he will,
and seems a very nice bloke, and the delivery was fantastic by TNT, my compressor was delivered in 1 day when paid for very very fast
And also ROBERT gave me a good price on freight,
Will most certainly shop here again when i am needing something in the future

Amazingly helpful they know what they're talking about and unlike Bunnings you won't have to search for 30 minutes to find an employee

Alex was exceedingly helpful in finding the right tool belt for what I needed

Danny really wanted to get me the best deals I could find and didn't feel like this standard salesman.he really cared about making sure I got the right tools of what I need and even allowed on site testing of the tools
