Extremely poor customer service.
No stock in store of current specials. Staff unhelpful and unknowable.
I ordered and paid for one item on special. Told 5 days for delivery to store. Came in store every week asking for an update only to be told 5 days away and they will contact me when they have info when the item will be arriving. No communication at all. 5 weeks later, spoke to store manager. Oh your item has been here for a week already.we tried to call you.
No call or txt. Just lies to your face.

Ordered 2 tool box’s at end of July was told they had in stock and would be on next truck up at the end of the month never herd from them so contact and was told non now in stock and waiting for them to arrive into the country was told October so rang in October they said yep we have in stock and will be up on next truck run week - 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by (5 months since original order) I went into store as was told oh they went to a different store so will have to wait for new ones to come into the country which I told them no I want a refund after 7 days I was told I accumulated points on the sale so will not be getting the full refund which I think is poor after taking money and not supplying after 5 months I could have left that money in my account and accumulated interest

If it’s not in stock don’t bother

Went in to buy a right angle bit holder for my drill. Price was $24 dollars higher at register. Sales guy not willing to match price marked on shelf. Not helpful in finding a cheaper product. So I found another one that was $20 and went back to the register. Different sales guy, $30 in his system, wow! Are these guys scamming money at the register or is this some kind of sales tactic by Sydney Tools? Original sales guy shows up, asked him to honour the price it was marked at, he told me bluntly, “we don’t have to”. So I walked out.

What's there to say about Sydney tools? I'm always like the kid in the lolly shop in there.and there's so many flavours. Red, Blue, Yellow, Green etc.etc.

Wow! What a GREAT experience today at Sydney tools Paget. You little beauty, I am absolutely stoked by the high quality and dedicated staff today. I can't say enough nice things about this company, I was greeted with the biggest smile from the boys as I walked in and straight away I had help to pick out my drill bits that I needed. I also was given a free 2 way stubby screw driver kit as it didn't have a barcode. I absolutely love this store and it's excellent customer service, Great job Sydney tools.

I went to Sydney tool's in Paget this afternoon and was served by Zac, absolutely brilliant customer service. The service I received keeps customers going back. Well done.

My Fiance had Been waiting almost Two months now for his petrol genie. We were told two to three weeks for delivery now each time we call in its" sorry we have no idea when we will give you a call and let you know what's happening". NOT ONCE has anyone called to keep him updated he is always the one following it up. Very poor service and communication

Purchased an item online as click and collect. Online said item in stock. Shortly recieved a phone call from store saying item is not in stock and I would recieve a call when it was. (Item purchased and fully paid for on 17th May and cost over $1000) after 3 weeks, gave the store a call, was quickly palmed off saying it would be in next week on a Wednesday. Called the next week on a Wednesday, again quickly palmed off told it would be in the next Thursday. Called today and again palmed off told it would be in next week. My partner went into store this afternoon and was given no help. Called the offices in Sydney and hoping to get some help from them. Hoping to actually get our item, but after this purchase if we get it, we will not be spending anymore of our money here, will probably go around the corner to total tools. 28th June update. After us calling again, we have been advised they cannot give us an eta of the goods we have fully paid for.

Over 2 months and waiting to get a warranty return on a Dewalt radio with no time frame of when I can expect it back or a replacement.

Terrible customer service and attitude from the staff.

Wouldn't recommend.
