Had an initial issue but Ben Davies rectified everything and went above and beyond to help me out. This is what good customer service should be. Thanks Ben.

The team at Northlakes were so friendly and helpful. They helped us with all our needs and assisted us to getting them to our car. My hubby had a sore shoulder so couldn't lift anything they got another team member to help. 5 star service.

Tool shops are not my favourite place and I will usually shop online but I would come back in-store just because of the amazing service. Cameron was absolutely fantastic, I have never experienced such great service. I hope management recognises and appreciates Cameron, employees that great are hard to come by.

If your going to have a trade night make shore you stock has prices on them what a pain not a good look no rush to come back

I love this place I go to both north Lakes and Mackay huge range and the staff really are 2nd to none extremely helpful highly recommended both stores

Price on product didnt match what they wanted at the checkout by a s ignifica nt a mount - 1st time shopping there but based on that and the fact it ended up in a protracted negiation to get the right price probably wont go back and The Tool Shop gets to keep my business.

During a difficult week the brilliant store manager Josh, went over and above to make a mothers surprise for her daughter happen. Forever grateful for the kindness shown to us, the professionalism and genuine wanting to help has added to a wonderful experience I wish I could offer more than 5 stars. Thank you I recommend them more highly than I have ever recommended anyone in the past. This company is lucky to have people like Josh working for them. 50 stars at least

My GF's sharpening stone got stolen when they stole her car she'd only had it 35 years argh so did some online research found Sydney tools had a great stone and how to use it great write up so drove over and picked it up I grabbed a set of screwdrivers as well lots of guys at the counter not many walking around she commented I said probably answering phone calls and orders online either way great choice a real shop for secret men's business lol

Went in early in the morning in a rush needed a battery charger and a light for the job I was going to and pat was his name came out to my car as soon as I pulled in and asked me how he could help me out and sorted me out in a matter of minutes, I love this store!
