Sydney Tools Morayfield

If I hadn't seen it myself. Picked a Daytona Ratchet off the shelf and took it to the checkout. That'll be $37, I said no it's $29 on the tag. Checks it and says there's been a price rise. They honoured the old price but my concern is this. A PRICE RISE OF 27.6%. Are you serious? Products seem good quality but come on that's taking the mickey on the price rise.

I only decided to try this place a few months ago, wish I had done it sooner! The staff here are incredible, every time I go in it’s a great experience. Adam is a legend, very friendly and very helpful. I never feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase and they take the time to make sure I am getting the best deal possible. The level of service you get here is rare in most places. Won’t buy from anywhere else from now on.

Ordered some items on the weekend that i saw was in stock.waited until wednesday to check where my order was.i was told it has been picked and i wasnt able to collect instore and that i would receive it by friday.called friday afternoon about the order, nothing had been done about it and they did the order and i recieved a text from auspost when they picked it up friday afternoon at 5: 30pm

I am big on customer service and morayfield Sydney tools has awesome customer service. I pride myself on giving it in my job and they seem to have the same values, which is a plus. Both times my partner and I were welcomed as we walked in the door and asked if we needed help. We had great service from both Anthony and Ads on both occasions. Definitely highly recommend these 2 blokes. They love to have a great laugh which made my day! Keep up the laughs boys.

Adam is always eager to help and find us the best deal on our products. We will be shopping at this store again thanks to his great service

Store manager started searching competition websites for me, since the tool I needed wasn't in stock. Very helpful and friendly staff. Store is very tidy with ample parking. Not your standard tool shop with some arrogant pig behind the counter. Have been back and will continue shopping here they are willing to provide service not just a sale.

Anthony was very helpful locating a part I needed for my compressor. The legend chased it up asap & had it sent to my local Sydney tools so I could keep on working. Very grateful.

What a great experience. Walked in an ALL the staff were so happy, friendly and very helpful. Was so good to have a joke and laugh with the staff. We left laughing.

Went to Sydney Tools today to purchase a Makita mower and was very impressed with the customer service from team member Anthony. He had a very funny story about a man in a Manly jersey (some people don’t have a sense of humour).

By far the worst Sydney tools to shop at. No greetings at the front door. Hardly ever have anyone out on the floors. And always ‘too busy’ to pay attention and to anyone trying to make purchases

Worst place in the world to shop, warranty repairs.what repairs, 5 weeks later and the product is still not fixed, staff don't follow up on anything and good luck if you want to talk to a manager. Would NOT recommend!

Wouldn’t bother buying anything from Sydney Tools. Their costumer service is absolutely useless, all they want is your money, so they can make a profit and after that they want nothing to do with you. I waited 9 months for a canopy, didn’t get one updated from Sydney Tools. Definitely shop around. Sydney tools isn’t any different from any other tool shop, so your not missing out on much. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Helpful, happy staff, large well organised shop, large variety of tools and equipment. Good access and plenty of good parking.

Was truly impressed yesterday when I went for a look around the morayfield store. The guys were extremely lovely friendly and happy to help. And most off all very professional.
