Saw Dr Dina for the first time, as my usual Dr was away.
Found Dr Dina, very kind, respectful and committed to women's health. Came out with a list of test, that were as long as 10 years over due. Felt my health was in good hands. Thank you

Dr. Rayner, who performed a skin check on me today, shows care and compassion for her patients. As do all the doctors that I have been to in this clinic, especially Dr Taylor and Dr Chu. The clinic is well managed and maintained, with friendly and helpful staff, caring and concerned doctors, and a level of health initiatives that I haven't experienced elsewhere. I took my newborn as a first time mum and recieved great service. Al staff were friendly and helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. It was clear they really care about their patients.

I had a great experience with Dr Aung your new GP registrar yesterday. As a doctor myself, it is easy to spot which practitioners know what they are doing and are passionate about their job. Dr Aung was thorough in her examination and recommended a number of great treatment options for me, she even went so far as to ring a local pharmacy to confirm the recommended medical was in stock. I was impressed at her follow up with her calling me today to discuss my pathology results.
Other clinic staff were attentive with a nurse checking my vitals and administrative staff very helpful.
I am new to Mackay and now won't go anywhere else.

All staff including receptionists, nurse and doctor were friendly, courteous and helpful. I left feeling that I had been heard and that my treatment was in good hands.

Had to take my son a couple times and they have been the best at looking after him, definitely recommend
