Swimart Browns Plains

Swimart Browns Plains have always looked after our pool. They have a friendly team and always provide great service at a reasonable price. Our pool problems have always been quickly resolved with excellent results.

Great team. Turned our swamp into a beautiful blue pool in less than the original quoted time. Very pleasant to deal with and happy to answer all my questions when they’re around. Very affordable too:)

Great customer service. Prices on products are more expensive but quality in chemicals etc are top noch. Always helpful when taking heavy items out to the car. Very knowledgeable team when dealing with all your pool issues.

Always friendly service and helpful instructions on maintaining a healthy pool. I never feel I'm being sold something I don't need as I've experienced with another company.

Reading past reviews I'm not the only one who has experienced the rudeness and unnecessary comments from the little old lady there. We had a water test done and purchased all the recommended chemicals. We then followed every process given to us from a very helpful young staff member. Today I went in there to tell them about a problem we were having with the salt they sold us. Straight away it was our fault in how we used it, we have been using another brand and never had an issue of staining. To top it off, she said they're are not responsible for the products they sell as they don't make them. So I think the little old lady should stay at home and let the young friendly staff look after the business.

Wait 1/2 an hour to buy acid … go somewhere else so rude and grumpy!

Will definitely not going back to this place again. I had bad experience talking with the older lady. I felt I wasn’t welcomed because my last water test was too long ago. Also she won’t give you any useful information or suggestions.

Steve at the store was a great help with options to resolving my issues. When they installed the new filter system, the guy was great with explaining the ins and outs. Overall Swimart are very approachable, caring and know their business.

Admittedly I have never been to the store, but the guys that come out to clean my pool are awesome. They do a great job and are always friendly and polite. Very reliable and always let me know if they can't make it due to weather etc. Much appreciated. Thanks guys.

This store literally has everything, staff are great and helping customers is a huge priority here. When my pool filter unit needed replacing they were at my address faster than I had expected replacing same.all this during peek summer period.

Wow. I wish I had recorded that rude conversation! If I had a water test and I was recorded on their system I could get more salt but because I simply went in to ask for 4 bags of salt the "technician" would only provide two BECAUSE he couldn't look at my last water test!
I guess this is why I'm not a regular customer.yet again Swimart. I was looking to return but yet again I'll take my business elsewhere!

Always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never try over selling products you don't need. We think they are absolutely fabulous. You are never kept waiting long for service they always have staff readily available. Best we have ever come across.and we have tried many

Looking to improve our pool cleaning. They were well informed and kept us focused on the value of different possibilities. Always find they are honest and reliable in all my dealing over many years. So we bought a new cleaner from them.

Swimart guys are so helpful and water test printouts show tou what and why you need products not just say you need this. They are so friendly and helpful.

I've never had a problem with Swimart Browns Plains. Everyone that I have dealt with at the shop are professional, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend them to look after your pool as they don't try and rip you off like some do. Products are reasonably priced.
