I visit this store maybe once or twice a year and have had the privilege to be served by Drew each time. He remembered my face and was once again extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 on range of products these guys stock and topped off with the experience I have had with Drew.

Popped in to have a browse, left with a board.these guys are a bunch of freaking, legends! Chillest staff you’ll ever meet, always happy to help and chat away about surfing. Drew was there to assist, the entire time, never felt pressured into buying anything.they’ll throw in discounted fins, free grip & wax, even got to pick a free jumper, this store is stocked up with that much surf gear, it’s ridiculous.

After an initial glitch in terms of the way my board was packaged and delivered, the customer servlce rep. (James) went above and beyond to keep me informed and to resolve the initial problem speedily resulting in a very saisfactory and relatively seamless shopping experience. This was very important for someone unable to visit a retail store.

I'd be confident and happy to shop online with Surfboard Empire in the future.

Fantastic after sales support on a board that had suffered damage during shipping. The board was replaced lightning fast and James was super helpful and supportive all the way. A good product is great but good after sales support.just in case.is hard to find these days.

Recently purchased a softboard from Surfboard Empire Nobbys. Had it only a couple of weeks and noticed it started to delaminate on the nose. Took it back to them and they replaced it with another board. I am extremely happy with the level of service and that they were willing to stand by the products they sell. I highly recommend Surfboard Empire.

Amazing customer service representative was really open and friendly & helpful, and happy to have a chat about non-product related things! Purchasing was easy, and my board arriving in less than 24hrs from Qld border to Sydney, was the icing on the cake Would give 5-stars purely based on the fact they use a courier, rather than Australia post. So to recap, 1.smooth and streamlined website experience, 2. Good range of products (only place I found with 9ft catch surf in stock) 3. Great customer service 4. Fast & reliable delivery 5… idk that’s about it.

Friend of mine recommended me to check out Surfboard Empire when shopping for a board. And boy he was right. It looked like surfboard heaven to me with the collection of boards they have!
Staff was very helpful and made me feel very welcome as a weekend warrior surfer. Gave me some great advice which board would suit my ability and wishes. Will definitely go back again if I’m on the lookout again for a new board (or potentially a surf skate?)

Bought a board here less than a month ago, rode it first time in some 4ft conditions, Got dumped and then resurfaced to find that my leg rope has sliced the tail of my board due to one of the employees not installing the leg rope correctly. I found the employee that installed the leg rope in which he admitted that he installed it incorrectly but he then proceed to tell me that he couldn't do anything and completely brushed me off for his mistake. After getting brushed off his guilt must have kicked in which he then gave me a fin key that i don't need due to having fcs2 fins.

One would think that after spending $1300 dollars here that you would receive better customer service or some what of a resolution to fix the employee mistakes instead of being left with a fin key for my troubles, This just goes to show the unprofessionalism and inexperience of this place, Would never recommend.update: (26/8/21)

GOOD NEWS! After seeing Sam's response I reached out to him to get the board fixed closer to home. The board has now been fixed and fully funded by the surfboard empire team especially Sam. Sam' professionalism has changed my experience with surfboard empire completely and would recommend to anyone, Thankyou for rectifying the issue will be back soon.

There are times in life when customer service is so good that you are compelled to shout it from the roof tops.
I have just bought my third board from the Surfboard Empire, the first two from the Cooley store and the most recent from the Nobby’s store.
Matt the store manager was helping me out on both occasions, his ability to understand what I am after in progression from original purchase a year ago using all his his experience and knowledge, also involving other crew in the shop adding their experience with boards I was interested in.
Great customer service is hard to explain but you know when it happens.

The team gave me their time and expertise without pressure.

I recently purchased FK funboard cover from Surfboard Empire. The cover is great and fits perfectly and top quality. Even better the purchase and delivery from Surfboard Empire was soooo easy and the delivery was super quick and all in the cost of the product, also at a fair price. Awesome online shop with heaps of gear.would've rated the experience higher but found the website on my android phone a little difficult to navigate, the product search function in particular. I'm pretty rubbish at computers though, so it might've been my fault.
