Andrew done a beyond amazing job with me precious ink yesterday, I could not be any happier. He was so professional, clean, and gave me ideas how I could make tattoo look better but in the end he let me know it was my choice.

Got a tattoo, was a rushed job. Paid a deposit and was told a rough price however on the day artist charged $400 over quoted price.they forgot to take my deposit out of the price and I tried contacting them for them to return my deposit however they just ignore. I would never go back and let them charge me big dollars for a rushed piece.

Been all the way from Tasmania and seen Ben and Kate at the Surfers Paradise Store twice now, was the most comfortable experience ever, Polite and respectful and talented tattooists! You can find many tattoo shops on the Gold Coast but none are as dedicated to thier work as these guys. I refuse to use any other tattooist ever again. See you guys again soon, Thankyou for yet another wonderful experience!

Flown up from Melbourne specifically to have a sleeve done from Kate, massive 5 hour sitting, the tattoo is exception, much better than I ever imagined, Kate took her time to make sure it was spot on. See you guys in 12 months for my next sleeve.

Went in to try and get a consult appointment. Was met by an artist I recall Ben/Benny. He came across as rude and arrogant and wasn’t very interested in my ideas. Will take my business elsewhere as I was made so uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed the music, Kate the Manager was amazing, she perfected my design as well as the placement. Justin put his magic touch to my straight lines and perfected my tattoo. It was a fun afternoon and I love my tattoo. Thank you Kate & Justin. I will be back soon.

Jay has done some amazing work. First time getting a tattoo and he made sure I was happy with my designing. Helping with placements to ensure we have the best position for the design. He is amazing and 100/10 would recommend.

Got a tattoo from here yesterday, I was welcomed while Tilly was eating. She then printed out my design and began to put the print on my arm, the print was very light making it hard to see. She then told me to take a seat while she goes for a smoke and waits for the press to dry, afterwards she begins tattooing. After her finishing I was asked to check it revealing my flowers on the back of my arm, was not what I imagine at all, the petals are uneven, the stems look all over the place and the lining in the flower looks horrible. I was never offered cream or to have it wrapped up, I was charged $150 when she offered the same size designs on her Instagram for $90. I was never asked to fill or sign any paper work, for all they would of know I could of been under age. I DO NOT recommend this place as I think it’s poor quality and well over charged, I’m still stunned out that they didn’t ask to see my ID!

Jay produced some epic work for my wife and I staying back late to fit us both in when the other artist was unavailable. Great work, professional work ethic, all round pleasurable experience with great results. Cannot rate this artist high enough.

Wasnt really happy with the outcome of my tattoo but the artists were friendly and they offered to give me a partial refund once i told them i wasnt happy, thx

Charged $200 and used a poor quality ink. Artist was not in the shop so we waited over 45 minutes, was not even answering the call. Ink looks so dum. Came for touch up twice but didn’t get fixed and they want us come third time so it can be done. We finally decided to fix it from elsewhere.
I am editing this review after nearly 4 weeks since I wrote my review.
I had talk with manager and she offered me $60 refund from $200, isn’t it funny. I simply rejected her offer as I have already spent another $160 and get this redone from Celebrity Ink. Difference can be seen in the photo.

Justin did a great job with my spontaneous line tattoo! The line has come out very even and straight and I’m super pleased with it. He was happy to accommodate any slight changes I wanted without hesitation. I would recommend the studio and Justin!

Justin was amazing. There was some hiccups regarding communication at the start, but he quickly sorted these out and gave A+ service. Also he didn't judge or treat me weird as it was my first tattoo.

Had my first ever tattoo today for my 50th birthday. I'm over the moon with my new piece of art. It is exactly what I wanted.

Awesome time at surfnink, got work done on my arm by Dane, couldn't be happier with it.great staff very friendly, that's why I I will be booking a full day with Dane again.great work mate.

I've have had two tattoos done here in the past two days. CJ is highly talented and experienced artist and did amazing work with the designs I requested.
Not only was the work brilliant. But also great value for money too.
All the staff in the shop were welcoming, friendly and good to talk to and have a laugh with.
I've rated them 5 stars and I truly stand by that.
If your in the area on your travels or a local to the area, I HIGHLY suggest you hit them up. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks to all the staff at Surf' n Ink. Next time I'm up this way on a holiday I will definitely be going to them again for more work. =]

Tattooed by Tiaani Riches and it’s one of my most favourite pieces on my body. She knocked it out quickly but efficiently. Couldn’t be more happy with the services here

My tattoo 10 mths old. Horrible. Can't go back for a free touch up as I didn't buy the cream from them even though my friend and I went halves.
