If your looking to start or are a pro at kite surfing, surfing, paddle boarding etc.basically getting your feet wet and hitting the water. I highly recommend Surf FX. You will meet great people that are both experienced and knowledgeable, provide a personal experience that makes you feel like your part of a family. Of all the shops I’ve been to none provide the service, knowledge and understanding of the team at Surf FX.

Surf FX would have to be one of the most genuine and helpful stores I’ve been in for a long time.

As a beginner kiter, I had no idea what I was buying and the staff were extremely helpful. The most notable thing however was the fact they weren’t trying to sell me the most expensive things they could but more what would suit me as a learner.

Big ups to this store - you guys are awesome and the range is amazing. 45min drive from me and I’d do it at the drop of a hat to get any surf gear.

I always look forward to my interactions with the guys at Surf FX. They are so friendly, passionate, patient and helpful. I have been trying to get into Wing surfing/foiling and these guys do it themselves and it really helps when they share their experiences and recommend products to suit your needs. They are just an awesome group of people and I feel rejuvenated and excited after every visit to their store.

I have bought a 6m Duotone Wing which I have been enjoying. The first one I bought had a bladder failure and they replaced it immediately with a new Wing which has been going well touch wood. I just bought some Drift Stoppers and fitted them to my iSUP. Can’t wait to try them on the water this weekend.

I ordered a new kiteboard. It arrived within a matter of days although there were a few dents on the board. I'm not saying it was Surf FX it could have been dented in the post. Spoke to Surf FX and their customer service was top notch. I was so impressed I have recommended then to other kiters in Melbourne to order gear. I would shop here again. Thanks Surf FX

I ordered 2 x SUP paddles and they were delivered from QLD to NSW within 24 hours. Very impressive and super friendly & helpful to deal with. These guys are an example for all businesses.

Really happy. Never been to store but called up and ordered a new board over the phone. It was delivered to me in Sydney a few days later. No damage to board as they really made an effort to pack it in bubblewrap and then multiple layers of cardboard before putting it into the shipping box. 5 stars.

Excellent to deal with. I purchased a used demo kite from them for a great price. When there was a slight fault with it a few weeks later, they covered the cost of the repair no questions asked. Super nice guys, would definitely recommend.

What can I say. If you are looking for a surfboard, sup, foil or kite Surf FX is the best on the Gold Coast. Prices are great but also taking the time for correct board selection and after sales service goes a long way. A big thank you to Guy and Jon helping me out with my new Sunova SUP Foil Board. Love it
