Super chill and helpful staff working the afternoon shift. Lots of laughter is always a good sign.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Wade at the strathpine store. He went above and beyond helping my parents get a new wallet for my 11 year son after the one he got for Xmas (first wallet) was stolen with all of his Christmas money in it. Our experience with Wade has definately restored our faith in people and what they are willing to do for others.
Wade - your assistance with this was really appreciated and we are so thankful for what you did for our son. It was truly remarkable!

I loved my experience at this store. Wade was extremely helpful and friendly, made shopping for Christmas presents a breeze.

2 stars because the service was really good and the girl who served me had a great bubbly personality, but the $80 wrap dress I bought three months ago is starting to come apart at the seams after only 3 or 4 wears so I probably won’t be coming back: (

First time shopping at this store and I have a great experience here. We brought the skates for my daughter and when we give them to her shes going to love them, we also purchased the knee, elbo, and wrist gard's shes going to love them thanks again for the service and the time you took with us picking the right ones for her

I came in with my best friend to get an outfit for a first date and the lady who was working was absolutely brilliant! She was so kind, gave us great feedback on the clothes we chose, and was a delight to have conversations with! Will definitely be coming back!

One star is generous. Management either don't understand what professionalism is, or just don't require the staff at this store to aim for it. The staff here are so asinine and self absorbed it has left me stunned.

If you want to be fat shamed this is where to go. Tried on bikini bottoms and said I would need a size 14 the girl laughed at me and told me I wasn’t a size 14 and said she would get me my size. I legitimately thought she was joking so she brought me back a different size and silly me thought it was a 14. No it was a 10 and I purchased them. I was mortified and you can’t return bikini bottoms so now I am stuck with the wrong size.

Was on just before closing today and had a wonderful experience but clothes, I found the staff to be one of a kind down to earth people who were extremely friendly and who I felt had no attitude towards me for walking in minutes before closing and rather were the most helpful they could have been making sure I knew what sales were on and the best deals of the day. Hire more employees like these and your store can't go wrong
