Very disappointed with service no idea on the products thay sell suggest to tell the boss should have staff that can help customers was told she was the boss and thay can't afford trained staff I said I don't mean to be rude as the owner boss u should no Ur busssniees telling me I am rude for saying should no Ur business don't recommend them and no experience in stuff thay sell in shop
Super expensive, won’t price match with their own store online it’s a joke! And every time
Something is on sale have to order it online and pay shipping no click and collect! If you want to get ripped off shop here … cheaper to shop online at CITY BEACH! Even after shipping!
Great product but terrible staff. Absolutely no knowledge about the products they're selling and what a rude way to talk to the customers. Opening hours are randomly changing and they almost always close around 10min before the actual closing time.
Highly recommend to go to the Hinkler branch which is way better than this one
Website said the store opens at 9am. Sign on front door says 10am in pen. Remember just changing the sign doesnt let everyone know what time you open.
