8Came up from Victoria and realised we needed a wardrobe update to adapt to the weather and lifestyle on the Sunshine Coast. Visited this store in Mooloolaba and sales assistant Jesse helped us to find everything we needed. Could not have been more impressed with the customer service we received. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for some beach wear up on the Sunshine Coast.
With the name Surf Dive N Ski one would assume there would be a range of diving gear avaliable. When asked was shown about 5x sets of what looked to be kids snorkel and flippers. Great looking shop but remove Dive from your name so you don't waste people's time.
Gentlemen served my partner and I to purchase new thongs was extremely friendly and helpful. We are new the area and even recommend a great place to get fresh seafood - great recommendation!

The girls working are fantastic lead by one of the best leaders I’ve observed in retail. Ricky. Great after sales service, happy friendly service without question exceeds City Beach. I’ve shopped here many times, I can’t imagine receiving anything than great service.
The experience I’ve had at surf dive n ski is above what any other shop has been able to provide. Apart from getting the best deals and making the shopping experience amazing, I was lucky enough to be able to meet the staff personally. At the Maroochydore plaza I met Rue and Ally where I had an amazing conversation and at Mooloolaba where I had the most outstanding experience with Georgie. She helped my friend with her visa cards and spent her time making sure we got the best of deals. Just wanted to say what an unbelievable experience I had. These girls make me want to go back everyday. I went back to the shop after a few days and they rememberd me which made me feel more than just a customer. However you are recruiting these people keep on doing it because I can assure you it is helping your business enormously! Xx Lili
