Carolina was just SO amazing. Truly you guys have found the jack pot with her, she is patient (I took reaaally long to buy) and always kept a smiling face. Thank you Caroline, I will be back to buy in this store only (even I have one next to home) haha

I wish I saw the recent review before going into this store on Saturday. I attempted to buy a top for my partner; I asked the cashier if it doesn’t fit my partner can I refund it and she questioned where he was… Puzzled why she can’t answer a basic refund policy question I explained his busy. This idiot actually questioned why can’t he come down and try it on!? R u kidding me. I told her again he is busy and if they do refunds or not. She went on and questioned “if busy, how you going to refund”! The dissatisfaction was beyond me. Never have I witnessed such idiocy in customer service. I told her forget it, can’t even answer a refund policy question? She said Ok! And threw the top to the side. Ugh, disgusting

Don't go to the Runaway Bay store. Staff don't know anything can do credits refunds do otleave staff in store if not fully trained

Went to this store today and received excellent customer service from Leo and the team. Found the board shorts I was looking for and left a happy customer that will definitely come back!

We went in this morning to buy sunglasses for my daughter, they didnt really have anything that fit. So the staff directed us to a sunglasses store, we found a perfect pair.

That is customer service at it's best. Thankyou so much for helping.

Customer service very friendly they help you if you need some help and they are very smiling! The shop is also awesome there is a large range of product and everything is arranged correctly.

I came to Surf Dive n Ski whilst on holiday in Surfers Paradise. On arrival, I noticed a good deal to purchase two skirts for $50 so I snagged a couple of cute skirts. When I went to the change rooms, there was a lovely assistant (I cannot remember her name for the life of me). Anyway, she was really helpful and friendly. She made me feel extra welcome by writing my name up on the whiteboard on the change room door (what an awesome idea!). Simple things like this can enhance the customer experience, and really leave a lasting effect. Thanks for the great customer service and my new clothes!

Gabby from Venezuela and Toby from Germany were total sweethearts. So friendly and kind! They love their job and they love to help you find what you need! Spent way to much money there but they made me leave the store so happy)

This is more a suggestion. I wanted to buy a go pro camera + accessories and one sun glasses. However there were no prices in most of the products. Besides that just one person to help 6 or 7 costumers. Probably, 800-900 dollars of potential sale lost. Maybe, this statistics happens daily but without feedback. Good luck and the store looks amazing. Cheers.
