Was one of the first customers in store and really got the “can’t be bothered “ attitude. No help when asked for other sizes etc. Was told “ it’s probably over there ‘ thanks for zero customer service.
Chelsea was awesome - so helpful and personable! I was looking for sunglasses and she spent the time showing me the styles and picking the right ones, she was WAY better at that than me. She was so good I ended up buying 2 pairs of sunnies, 2 great and very cheap shirts and a free towel. Fantastic service and great prices.
Just went back September 2022. Lucy was awesome, chased up an old order of mine and found glasses the same as I bought a year ago and sold me 2 pairs. Fantastic service and cheaper than online. Very happy.
The Manager is the rudest person I've come across. She's a smart-arse! Needs a reality check.won't be back
This store has possibly the worst/rudest manager I have ever some across in a retail store. My experience was terrible and her customer service was not genuine at all, it was like I was talking to a robot. Can confirm I will never be returning to this store ever and I recommend that none else does either!
Dylan at the Sunshine Plaza store was the rudest staff member of any Surf Dive n Ski I’ve ever come across. I’m afraid I’ll be encouraging others to avoid this store.
Terrible service. Went there to buy a watch after deciding on the one I wanted and the new manager was rude and I walked out. I had great service from another employee and went back because of her and got served by the manager instead. I won't be be going back and they lost a decent sale!
Needed to swap a purchase i had made a month earlier to one size smaller. Still had all tags on. Unfortunately they have a 20 day exchange policy. No exchange as still waiting for the follow up emai. 0/10
