I had such a tight time frame, no idea what I wanted to buy, but desperately needed an outfit for an event. I rushed in feeling overwhelmed, but left feeling wonderful, I felt calm and confident and most of all, brilliant with my purchases, and that’s massive as I’m not a keen shopper! Sofia turned my whole day around, she was incredibly helpful, she truly made me feel like my problem was hers to resolve and created a couple of stunning outfit choices for me. Thanks to Sofia, I attended my event feeling a million bucks, and I left the store feeling like I had gained a friend! Being in sales myself, it was so refreshing being attended to by a genuine heart!

Sophie and Tahlia provided outstanding customer service 10/10. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends to do so as well!

Can I just started out by saying what excellent customer service, Sophia was absolutely amazing, we love shopping at Surf Dive n Ski, and we find all the shops on the Sunny Coast have great staff, keep up the great work, tonight at the Kawana store Sophia was outstanding, give this girl a payrise.its our favourite Surf Dive n Ski store to shop at. We were looking for some new outfits for my daughter who is travelling overseas soon. Sophia's knowledge about the brands were amazing and ideas she gave.thxs so very much Sophia, we ll see you again soon.

Very impressed with this store again. The service was great from the two lovely ladies working there. They dealt with my young son like champions helping him choose things and just enjoy his time in the store which in turn improves my experience. I bought a cool hat and some things which were a part of an awesome deal. The girls still did all they should with respect to offering additional products etc. Balanced sales and friendliness very well. Thanks team.:)

It's really nice to come to a shop where everyone is casual and comfortable. Products are a little expensive, but, the staff make up for it with their expertise and friendly manner. They are always willing to have a chat and show you stuff that you haven't seen, or considered, before. Obviously, they're trying to sell you things. That's ok.
