5* for the wonderful service I received from Gordon in helping this female with selecting and where and when to place the correct coolant in my car today.

Like all Supercheap stores I have visited but smaller.
Minimal interaction with staff and she was fine.

Super cheap auto, the only place I've been a member, I actually found it worth while doing. Always have everything I need also.

Fantastic service from Eddie today. He didn't treat me like a stupid female even though I'd made a mess when replacing my wipers. Good pricing and terrific service. Thanks!

Store manager Leonie was super helpful and patient in assisting me with paint colour selection and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right paint for my job. Far better service than I got at Cairns Wholesale Paints and way cheaper, product is just as good too.

Excellent service and the best staff. Great to discuss projects with staff who are doing similar.

Great help wanted to see if they had item as I live over 70 km from the closest scan store they did I picked it up the next morning good old fashioned help appreciate it

Best one stop auto shop chain in the country. Everything you need to service your car. My granddad told me when I was a young bloke, oil is cheap, new motors are expensive.

This store have everything you need to maintain your car. I needed headlight globes I just asked the lovely salesperson and was directed to just what I needed you just tell them you make and model and they hand them to you. Plenty of parking right out front and the store was clean and tidy as are the staff. I will be back

Good store with most necessary items you’d expect from super cheap auto. Missing some display items like head units.

Very friendly and helpful, shame l couldn't get my roof rack fitted but it seems previous customers have made that impossible at this store with their difficult and impossible attitudes. Other than that l was happy with the service l received

Helpful staff plus a good selection of accessories and all those things needed for DIY maintenance of the family car… all good

Nice range of products. But not many "great" discounted prices on products.
So pricey not cheap.

Big thanks to Tanya at Smithfield for going the extra mile chasing up special order parts for me.

Management, give this woman a pay rise immediately. Worth every penny.
