Needed assistance to find a particular product, I asked a staff member and he took me straight to it, also explained it's use. Friendly helpful and they had what I needed.

It's a typical Supercheap. Not very super and not very cheap.but Supercheap nonetheless

Absolutely Miserable service. I bought car seat covers before Christmas at that time they didn't have enough staff to install it and they requested me to install it after Christmas now went to them and they told me that thay can't do it back seat. Very rude behaviour

Usually the Rocky store is alright but when we came in on Friday to find an equivalent oil filter to the one on my race engine, the staff member assisting us was very rude, like they did not want to help us and before even searching up the part number told us there would not be an equivalent RYCO part (mine was a Hengst). Thankfully the Yeppoon store was much kinder and helpful, and were able to identify the correct equivalent RYCO filter for us within seconds.

I ordered parts online and didn't notice that the store the parts were to be picked up from were 500 klms away. I rang the national number and asked to change the pick up store. The lady that answered my call (Violet) was charming and very helpful. The pick up store was changed and the parts were delivered the next day. Nathan from the Rockhampton store noticed that a seal and gasket that I ordered separately were enclosed in the box with the water pump I ordered and asked if I would like the price of the seal and gasket credited to my account. You won't get much better service than that, well done to all involved, thank you.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Terrible, terrible customer service, made us feel insignificant and ultimately, we were given the wrong advice. We bought a product which appears to be faulty and even though the product is still in warranty, the team at Rockhampton refused to help us or honour the warranty. In the last two days, we have been to Holden, a local mechanic and a local auto-electrician, all diagnosed the same problem and all told us that the product we purchased from Supercheap Rockhampton was not working as it should. Still, Supercheap refused to help us or honour the warranty as they should under consumer law. Thankfully, with the help of other local businesses, we have our car on the road again. We will never be back.

Store setup was a little different to others I have been to, however, a good range at decent prices with easy parking.

Wiper blades selected and fitted by great staff member Lachlan. Friendly and helpful service. Will definitely be back next time.

This store is chocked full of auto stock. Loved that I got a great deal on the radiator coolant. Easy to access from outside and the staff are quick.

Waiting waiting and still waiting for someone to serve. By far the worst shop in Australia. Never ever had this problem in any other Supercheap store I have ever entered. Always in North Rockhampton branch the service has been terrible. Absolutely terrible

Just want cheap mud flaps for caravan. Not happy with prices for plain sets. Should have pictures or writing on them

My go to auto store. I love the price guarantee, prices are quite good and they usually stock everything I'm after.

Best place to buy all your car needs. I get all my car detailing products from them and they always have the best prices.

I highly recommend "Meguairs", they make the good stuff.

The staff are friendly and knowledable too. There was one time one of my headlight's bulb died, went in there, asked one of their staff, they popped in my car's model on their computer and gave me the correct bulb for my car.

Very poor phone service put on hold twice for 15minutes girl on the switch was not interested all seemed to be to much trouble.
