Great customer service, very helpful and extremely informative. I would highly recommend this store as your first stop to shop.

Have bought various additives for diesel and Petrol. As well a liquid for a Cracked Radiator, the price & product were both awesome.

Customer service and availability of stock and in this case, the ability to check online that the coolant I bought was the correct type for my vehicle

Very good customer service and Blake was very good in helping me with my left brake lights i was very happy excellent customer service

Staff know there stuff and are only to happy to help you out with their knowledge. If they don't stock it they are only too happy to look it up and order it in.

Two staff members at registers, one on the phone with no eye contact whatsoever and the other doing something but no acknowledgement. I stood there for seemed to be a couple of minutes waiting to purchase. Very ordinary customer service at best. If I wasn't pushed for time I would have gone out of my way and gone to Autobarn or Repco.

My local Supercheap, staff are great and very Helpful. They know their stuff and the shelves are always fully stocked.

After a specific product high end value as Store in Smithfield sold out. Phone called ahead to see if product avail. Staff very friendly and helpul put it aside and gave us direction to store. Staff were very nice a counter and we appreciated the service. Store was well set up and great visual merchandising.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with service
Haven’t changed filters on a car for along time but decided to try and do again.
Went to shop to get advice and parts but was sold an oil filter wrench of wrong size along with filters.
Contacted Manager - Chris - who advised that he would fix it all up and to attend shop and have ready at front counter.
Attended and they would only sell me another wrench of correct size - no exchange of small one they sold me.
Very disappointed and unhappy with service

Basically the same as any other Supercheap Auto which is always a great place to get pretty much any tool or car related product

The shop is well stocked with everything you need. However, bought $150 of products and they cant give you a plastic bag!

Went in to ask about a battery charger I had and even though they don't sell that one, they looked up specs for it and explained what to look for. They give excellent service even if they don't sell the product!

Good team good prices cant go wrong, sca branded tools are alright but you pay for what you get
