The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and are always there when you need them. When asking advice on products, it has always been great to hear their own experiences with the products. This is one of my go-to stores.

Prices are mostly competitive, however on the odd occasion I have asked, they have matched other places prices.

Ordered over 10 car parts from in store.staff are friendly and helpful, and everything came very quick no problems at all:)

The staff at this store are amazing, especially Jessica. She has a lot of knowledge with products and gave me the perfect advice about the products I was purchasing!

Normally I would say I use this store all the time but today I went there the car park was fairly full. I understand this happens but due to an unmarked police car blocking car spaces they made it difficult to park. I was going to reverse into a car space and they decided to move their car, no indication of where they were going parked in the spot I was trying to park in. I do understand they have a job to do and where there for a reason but as the car park is small was there really a need to stop customers from parking by blocking them.

Good old supercheap. Always there to help with all sorts of stuff for your car, bike or van. Great sevice and prices but make sure you check out when they have sales on as you can save a heap of money when they are on. Give em a go

Plenty of stock that was advertised, no waiting at the checkout, a happy staff member waiting to serve me and parking at the door. Great shopping experience

Supercheap Northlakes very good I phoned before to make sure that they had the product I wanted and they put it aside so all I need to do was ask then pay so quick

Came in on Wednesday to get my park lights replaced. The first thing was said to me is “oh but they don’t do much”. So I explained that I had to get a safety certificate done for my car and the right one was already blown out so I would rather just get both replaced. The guy who was replacing them kept complaining about how hard it is to replace them, even though I had to also pay a $10 fitting fee on top of buying the bulbs. Was very rude. After he fitted them he said “well check if they’re working now they’re so difficult to replace”. Very disappointing customer service.

Went looking for some roof racks. I was surprised at how many different types of racks. However they didn't have the style of rack I was looking for.

Very happy with the customer service and price of scanning for codes within our vehicle ($14.)

The team member who helped us was really friendly and knew what he was doing. He also printed out a copy of system overview with a list of codes our vehicle was displaying.

Brittany, the lady at the front counter had pretty remarkable customer service and was very friendly. Thanks for a good experience!

Phenomenal help by Tom (I hope I remembered correctly!) today, who spent some time fixing my radio for me. Didn't expect the extent of help I received and am very thankful (especially as a single lady who isn't the best with cars!)
This isn't my first good experience here either, always go out of their way to help.
