From the friendly “Hello” by a delightful woman whilst walking into the store then a “Can I help” … not once, but twice by two diligent young men going about their store duties. Old fashion care and service hasn’t died yet in retail. Take note other retailers, David Jones, Myers, you could learn a thing or two from this store.

A HUGE shout out to Jo at Capalaba Supercheap Auto who today (Thursday 16th March 2023) went out of her way to fit a new rear wiper blade to my Hyundai i30. Some unknown horrible person broke the wiper blade off. Jo was not going to let replacing the blade get the better of her. You are an absolute gem, Jo and Supercheap Auto should be proud to have you as an employee?

Manager today on duty Kim is excellent to deal with. What a great lady. All Stores needs managers like her.

Did a special order online for an engine mount, was available for click and collect next day and got a free Mentos. Top notch service

Had the Best Service today by Jo and the other lady behind the counter. We had to return a part that was listed incorrectly and Jo managed to find our correct product after lots of searching and phone call Thank you so much.

Staff asked if we needed assistance and was happy to suggest products that would be suitable for me

I bought a stop leak product off the shelf for my cars cooling system from Supercheap Auto. I had a leak and so instead of having the cooling system replaced $1800 or the heater bypassed ($150), I purchased the product for $20. It wasn't until my water pump failed due to the corrosive nature of the product to the water pump seals, that I realised what caused the issue.
I've now had to replace the engine ($5000) because of this product. Why is this product on the market in the first place?

Allways getting stuff from Supercheap, the fact they recognise and reward business owner's with a trade discount is another reason I like going there. I buy a pack of mower Blades at least weekly. Cheaper than the local mower shop.
