Went to get my battery replaced on my car. The staff were not confident in their ability to deal with a car that had a computer attached to the back of the battery. Not trusting their workmanship, I had the work done elsewhere for free

I think Superchip Auto sells the same product a little cheaper than Auto bann. This is where the engine oil is replaced and the rest of the engine oil is also taken care of.

You can search for a product that fits your vehicle using the pad provided in the store.

I had my windscreen wiper blades assemblies replaced and only charged $5 labour for the service, as I waited (plus parts of course). All done within a very short period of time. The staff member was friendly and proficient in the task/procedure.

A number of staff seemed confused and/or unknowledgable about a simple car battery replacement request.

I’d to begin this review by saying how much I respect SCA workers.

On a daily basis they get nagged by annoying customers which I saw happen today. However, the professional team member, namely ‘Matt’ kept a cool head and never stopped his optimism throughout the conversation. He later helped me with my questions and was very polite and charming.

This store is always kept super clean and well stocked unlike other competitors. Big respect for the team and management. I’ll be coming back for certain.

The guys in this store are amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. I always enjoy visiting Supercheap Virginia. Thanks guys

Purchased a Century battery here for a 50cc scooter. Battery was dead within 3 months, staff wouldn’t refund or exchange.

The young lady on the counter on Sunday 12/6/22 was extremely unhelpful. Thankfully there was another person that stepped in and offered some customer service.

I was after a couple of things today and neither was on the shelf. Angelique made a super effort and managed to find both items for me. Great service.

Fantastically helpful staff, saved a couple hundred $$$ doing replacing minor things, great at finding the right part and basic advise, eg for replacing head/tail lights
