2017. We use Supercheap Auto Chermside. We have one guy who is awesome and takes the time to help you find exactly what you're after and happily explains why he'd recommend whatever he picked over others. Very open, no gimmicks. Lost 1 star due to one guy who was fobbing off every customer who'd approach him. Overall, I'd recommend Supercheap chermside

Massive thank you to Josh. Josh has helped us a few times and has always listened and worked with us and goes above and beyond to make sure he's giving us the best options.

I recently enquired about a clearance item on sale Australia wide but apparently not available in any SE Queensland store. Two girls at the Chermside Supercheap store (Letitia and Amelia) went above and beyond in locating the product in another state and shipping it to Brisbane for me.

This is the kind of service that we all dream about but very rarely encounter in this day and age. My personal thanks to both Amelia and Letitia and a big thumbs up to Supercheap and SRG for employing two such excellent examples of the customer service ethos.

Helpful friendly staff. They changed my windscreen wipers efficiently, allowing me to continue on my way safely

I bought some brake fluid, and a few days later I got a email with some store credit because it went on special a few days later! That's pretty good customer loyalty.

Many thanks to the team for their assistance a few weeks ago - I drive out of my way to visit their location for the quality service and knowledge every time

The girls there helped me out picking paint and sandpaper and cut and polish.awesome customer service, happy people and of course, good prices on what I wanted, mostly ;)

Got asked to wait for a headlight change as the staff member was on break but hailey (I think) came over and said she would stop what she was doing and do it for me now so I didn’t have to wait. She was so efficient and super lovely. Really appreciated her taking the time!

They are quick affordable and convenient when you need something. Customer service is spot on.

Jayden was an absolute help this morning, for someone who doesn't know what they're doing with the fuse box he helped me 100% even reading the car manual and even looking up the internet for me for which fuse I needed to buy. 100% satisfied with his service saved me hundreds of dollars bringing it in to a mechanic who will charge me heaps just for a fuse! Thank you for your help!

Just stopped in here when I needed a new set of wiper blades - Kevin saw me struggling, came over and helped me find the right ones and even fitted them for me!

The staff at this super cheap are very friendly, and I personally do not know my products to correctly clean my car, but Kevin went above and beyond to get me the right products, now I only use these products and my car looks like it’s been ceramic waxed every time! Other staff are very friendly also

Has everything you'd expect with friendly Staff and will laid out isles.

Jacob, the staff member there was bloody great! He helped me pick out the correct windscreen wiper, in a promptly manner, a lot of your auto stores these days like repco promote anti social customer service similar to that of there cousins.mechanics! However Jacob, was able to pinpoint the issue with our current wiper, helped us select the best fit but most importantly showed great communication skills, patience, and he was very friendly- his approach to service and customer relations does not go unrecognised, keep up the good work mate!

One of my fave shops, I can go down there and get 10%off anything with my trade card and they'll price match with eBay if same product anyway (NO OTHER CAR SHOP DOES THIS! The others only price match direct competitors) this one even had a single ignition coil already hanging on the shelf for a 2005 vz commodore! MY GOD! Every single other place was like, "Aawww mate we don't keep things like that in stock AAAAYYYY, deeeeerrrr"

Like all locations cheap with some items but over priced with others. Do your homework first before assuming EVERYTHING is cheap.

Usually carries most of what I'm looking for. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with.
