Zeyk and PJ helped me with fitting some new headlight globes. They might be the most helpful blokes I’ve ever met. I came in with a job that was way too hard for me to fix but they tackled it with humour and a smile. Good service is not dead. Thank you!

Bought a couple things at around 3: 30pm today and the lady serving me on the front counter was probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had at supercheap auto. She was helpful, quick, kind, enthusiastic, and just had such good vibes and service. Made up for the rest of the store service being a bit mediocre

Went to the store looking at price matching a stereo, the person who was able to help me- located the stock and took it to the front counter, then the lovely salesgirl helped process the transaction. Was in and out in less than 5mins, happy customers

Very pleasantly surprised. All staff seem to be super helpful. Shout out to Cooper and Tom, checking to see if drawer would fit in back of car and great car washing advise.

That Kyle bloke that works there is one of the best 2nd to none too Cooper, Julien, Sara, Lauren, Tristan, Dale, Ryan. If I've forgotten someone they always give their all.

Supercheap at Nerang is a great place to shop for anything for cars, trailers, some boat stuff, even your basic lawn mower stuff.
If you ask to join there you get discounts. But if you can sign up for their trade card, you get bigger discounts every time you shop with the trade card. Winner, winner! Staff are very helpful, and polite! They even got things for you, like wiper blades, batteries, and heaps more. Good place, one of my favourites!

Worst service at Nerang. Wanted a spark plug and not one sales person would open the cabinet for me, they just walked straight passed me after I had asked 2 people for help. Off to Repco and not going back to super cheap.

Friendliest Staff ever and extremely helpful. Needed wipers replaced. They brought them out to the car replaced them. I paid. All done in 5 minutes. Happy customer

Supercheapauto Nerang is in a great location, easy to get to and from with or without transport. Have had to help many mates fix/fill up fluids and or parts for their car and having a supercheap so close works really well. Team are always friendly and prices are competitive.

Would highly recommend as i do for any supercheapauto as they all tend to deliver above average to outstanding customer service. The only downfall with the location in nerang is when the customers do not know how to park making it more difficult then it should be to park - But that's the biggest problem so can't complain one bit!

Very grateful for the staff there had an issue with something and they were very quick to answer and to help they go beyond their way to help you with what you need

Worst super cheap on the East Coast poor customer service with only 1 serving during peak times and this was multiple times on multiple days

The Man at the counter was really helpfull and took the initiative to find some wiper blades for me that would fit better than the ones I had picked myself.

I put my rego in on the supercheep auto website and it told me what parts would fit my car then I went in and compared the to the parts on the shelf and it made it very easy to get what I needed

Nerang Supercheap is one of the best on the coast! Great team who works there, very helpful and friendly. Good stock and prices.
