Absolutely amazing service! Every time I go there with a problem there is always someone willing to help answer my many questions and find the best products for my car. Shout out to Terry who was Absolutely fantastic today and switched bulbs for me and recommended the best course of action for the issues I was facing with my car.

Purchased some windscreen wipers, they did not do the job, went back to get higher quality once, exchange with a smile and a friendly staff member.

Super friendly staff helped me buy a gift card for my sons birthday! - I hadn't done that before, so they answered everything well for my simple brain!

Just visited there where 2 young guys stood in the exit of the tils and didn't move. I see smart people. If you are going I there you will have to walk around to the entrance/exit

After entering the store this morning there was a large female staff member in plain clothes putting stock on the shelves. I asked her if she could show me we're something was but before finishing the sentence she told me she wasn't customer service and to find someone else.

What customer service. Even when their badly stacked cheap funnels fell around me. Not a single may I help you.

I like supercheap. They always have what I need the staff are great and their proces are good. Great store check them out.

Marcus went above and beyond to help me. He wasn’t able to fix my issue but he spent an hour trying.walking back and forth to my car in the cold and wet/rain to try and help and give me a solution.
I can’t thank him enough for his customer service and going to lengths to try and assist me.
He really is a asset to your store.

Not a bad auto parts store. Would be better if some staff had more experience in auto related issues.

Went to super cheap Taylor st very helpful like the one in town this is now my go to store from here on in great people in all stores cant ask for more than that very happy

What I expected. Well stocked, good pricing on oil. Only criticism is limited trading hours on weekdays, they were locking the doors behind me.

Rang up for a quote on a battery very good service and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful and polite talking to a woman about car parts. It was nice to be treated so nice when talking about car parts to a male. Well done Supercheap

I was going to buy a head unit radio I was asked what car it was for and the response was its a wonder its still going because it is a Chinese make 4wd won't be back in that store so I went to repco and brought it

I didnt purchase anything! The Customer Service wasn't good at all. No staff where on the floor.

I do most of my purchases online with SCA, simple and quick. But when I do purchase in-store, I have found the staff helpful, polite and friendly. Sometimes the parts are special order and only takes 2 or 3 days to arrive at the store for pickup. Highly recommend.

Terry was extremely helpful when I had an issue with windscreen wipers. Went the extra mile to come and have a look and remove old wiper. Excellent service for a first time shopper.
