Friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I went to the Keppera store for blades for my mower. They were not in stock, but Sam found the nearest stored, checked they were in stock and had them set aside in EP. I picked them up 2 hours later, how's that for team work and service!

Jake from customer service at the Everton park store helped me out with an issue that a mechanic shop couldn’t figure out he knew the issue and recommended me the correct product and the problem was solved thanks mate

It was really nice having a female server for a change that didn’t try to make me feel like I was lost in a car part shop I usually am questioned by men if I know where I’m going or need help. So much that I finally joined SuperCheap to have a card despite frequenting it for years.

I had my battery tested by a young gentleman who was very helpful and nice. I got a new battery; however, when going through the checkout the lady at the counter acted as though me making a membership was a burden. She only spoke to my partner and insisted it go on his account. Once finally making my membership, she said to my partner if he wanted the warranty it’d be on ‘her’ membership. I had politely mentioned before the battery was for me and that I’d be paying for it. I was overall happy with the product and all but it was just a bit offputting and felt outdated to experience that from the cashier.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Supercheap Auto Everton Park. The staff were unhelpful, disinterested and even rude when I asked for assistance. Despite being a regular customer, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and a bother.
I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Best Supercheap store around me. In comparison to the others, the store is absolutely massive, typically has everything you need in stock. To top it off, the staff has always been friendly and helpful in my 5 times visiting the store. So in summary, while there are 2 closer Supercheap stores to me, I'll continue to visit this one.

New centre opened about a year or so ago in the old Masters building now Home to a small group of shops especially SuperCheap great group of people friendly staff will help you with all your car caring needs. Also very disability friendly with a smooth walkqay around the whloe complex disability parking available in each section across from each store entrance. Keep up the great work team great friendly service.

I purchased a set of 4 Gripwell ratchet tie downs from here for $55.00
They were 3.6m long and 454kg lashing capacity.
However, they look identical to the set of 4 Grunt ratchet tie downs that I paid $35 for at Bunnings, except these were 5m long and 680kg capacity. Both made in China and conforms to ASNZ 4380.
It appears I paid an extra $20 for the Gripwell brand or for shopping at Supercheap. I know you price match but I just want the best price to start with. Just saying.or am I mistaken?

I pefer this supercheap store i find better service here than at other stores, workers are great, helpful, never a problem, always have what we need it seems so don't have to go to different stores. Plenty of parking outside always and there is a public toilet outside in between supercheap and amart.

All the staff are awesome except one staff named Jade. She was so rude and trying to ignore my partner when she was calling her for assistance. And we were the only customers in the store. She kept cleaning something and ignored me too when I called her. Everyone might have a bad day but it never justifies to behave rudely. It also ruins the reputation of the business.
