Understanding staff let me upgrade my noco genius 2amp car charger to the projecta 2-8amp car battery charger. Also the new charger detected a fault with battery. Just doing rejuvenate mode now to see if that will fix it or need new battery. Thanks supercheap team browns plains. I did forget to order my tailor made floor matts this morning. Will do later.

Excel in customer service. I was in store, looking for engine oil, Andrew help me found the right one but the cheapest option is not in stock. Andrew found a similar product and price matched with other provider. I didn't even ask for a price match. This is an outstanding service, I wish I was a mystery shopper, I hope the store manager sees my review. Andrew cares about his customer like a family.

I came in today wearing crutches and the staff members there were the kindest people. I have never had an experience like that in any other shops with my crutches. Every single staff member offered to help me take my item up to the counter and even offered to help me take it to my car which I thought was lovely. Most of the staff there were female which made me feel good also. Amazing customer service.

They dont care if the customer and misguide the customers, if evan talk with manager he's arrogent and told he doesn't care about bad review.

Thank you to super cheap auto lad in oil counter service department for assistance in installing item in my car Thursday morning first thing. Even though I paid for service, he done a fantastic job for replacement while I had to attend caring for elderly lady. He was polite with a fantastic work ethic and it’s employees like him that encourages customers to come back and I thank you for your professional service.

Apon arriving in store I worked my way to the wiper aile, I believe the gentleman who approached me and served me was Mark, he was a nice man who took the time out of his day to help me with the challenging choices of my car wipers taking. Providing me with all options and gave recommendations. Helped fit the and explained to me how to. His wonderful service continued as he help me pick a dash cam set. He asked questions and listened to point and concerns. He deserves to be recognised for his wonderful customer service experience that he provided.

The staff were very helpful I loved that they were interested in giving me advice and options to help me sort out my car repairs and maintenance the best part is that they can make the original car paint in a spray can. Can't get any easier than that well-done.

I ordered rotors break pads leads and coils and when I went in Kat was amazing she really helped me out and when we looked at how long it would take to arrive it was saying a couple of weeks but with a bit of luck Kat pulled through and it came within days

They need to think about employing people that actually know something about the products they sell. Had to go back 3 times as I kept getting sold the wrong item for my vehicle. I now only go to the store in Underwood.

My experience was fantastic i walked in i went to the area i need the guy there was super helpful i got what i needed and was all done within 10 minutes. Super happy

Absolutely useless, only good for what they have on the shelf. Wanna order a specific car part? Good luck, expect to get a wrong part or if the part doesn't get delivered in time they don't bother calling nor do they chase up the item when they say they will. I have tried to be a loyal customer, I have done alot of work to my 2 household vehicles over the last couple of months and I have been let down numerous times, fortunately Burson Autoparts and Repco has come through quickly and thoroughly each and every time. Will not be using Supercheap Auto Browns Plains for any automotive parts any more nor will I recommend them.

Very helpful gone above and beyond whenever I've needed, spent a lot of time helping me match a colour without a code and exchanged a faulty product that was nearly$150 out of warranty as ring before and got very ill for a big part of the year, used there discretion and solved the problem.much appreciated good franchise

Parking can be tricky when busy, otherwise clean store, friendly staff and all the usual car and tool products

I have visited multiple supercheap autos in Australia. Usually everything is the same when it comes to the items, however, the staff here was good and quite helpful. Wouldn't say it has everything and we didn't get the right size for the item we were looking for. But the rating is based on other supercheap autos I have visited in different cities.

Outstanding customer service. I turned up as they were just opening to pick up a large click and collect order from the night before. They dropped everything and picked my order straight away. 5 stars
