Supercheap Auto

Easy to find products around store. Low on quantity of stock but was no big deal, bought more than what I original came for.

31.12.2023 @ 10: 50 am - I purchased a Air filter from This SuperCheap Auto and the female staff behind the counter wouldn't allow me to throw away my old air filter in their bin. She had an attitude, although there was an empty bin behind the counter.she said "Sorry you'll have to.use your own bin to throw your air filter away"! Wow.
Just WOW. Great customer service (.

I don’t believe I have had a better experience anywhere else. The atmosphere and comfortability set by a young man by the name of Joe was astounding, definitely a future manager in the making. He was super helpful with all my needs and even fitted my new wipers without a hitch, all whist teaching me something new! Definitely coming back and hoping to see the hard worker in a management position next time. He definitely made the five stars that I will be leaving:)

I phoned the Earlville Supercheap and Daniel answered the phone. I was asking about a
particular itemand he told me when they put everything out on display he would chech for me an call me back. Daniel was true to his word and called me back. Fantastic service.

If I could give them a minus I would. I’ve never met such useless employees in my life. They went out of their way to avoid my sister in law and myself. I understand if you try to help and can’t resolve the issue but I have zero understanding for not one but all employees who ignore a customer seeking help. Once I sought help the employee in question just proceeded to ignore me. Absolute cheap customer service. Will not go again and seriously suggest changing not one but all staff members at this point. There’s no substitute for good customer service.

Just bought all these for $20+. Used the degreaser on my cooker hood dismantled and it is super clean. Car scent was wonderful. Buckets came in handy for washing the filters. Tools for the car. Happy with my shopping today till next time.

Great variety of camping gear surprisingly, and lots of car accessories. They have this amazing section with window wipers where there is an ipad you can use to look up your car

Love Supercheap I don't think IV visited a bad one they always have what IV needed or can order it in, and they can generally offer informative advice or point out someone who can.

Great range of bulbs, found the ones I was looking for. The service was great and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The rudest most unhelpful blond assistant ever. Good manners cost nothing, a rude attitude will cost you customers.
Is this what you teach your staff on staff training day? How to be rude to customers. Supercheap auto is super cheap on customer service. Well shame on you The Manager for allowing your staff to be rude and get away with it. And why you employ girls who can't tell the difference between a fuse and a battery is beyond me.
From now on I shall go to Autobarn.

It would've been good to find a staff member available on the floor so I didn't have to disturb the staff member at the register just to ask a simple question.

Not bad, it has good value items, a bit cheap and nasty. Also, you can never find anyone to help.

Having done my research online and being able to to check, stock availabilty meant I could shop instore knowing that I could take my roof racks home straight away. Final confirmation of suitability by the friendly, knowledgeable staff and I walked out with the right product at the right price. Thank you.

Plenty to see and plenty to buy. Very good pricing on lots of stuff. Will be back next time for more shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Another great supercheap! Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Store is always neat and tidy, stock always on the shelves. They had no hassle fitting wipers on the car for no extra cost. They were very helpful ordering in parts that they didn't have in stock for those rarer vehicles. Wide range of products! Everything you could need! If you can't find what your looking for here there is something wrong!

Reasonably OK, was initially refused entry because of dog. Unusual, as normally not a problem. Then dog and I were allowed in.
