Had the item I ordered fitted spot on great service.
Different lady behind the counter was knowledgeable polite.

Went in there the other day chasing a few parts for my car and was honestly a little bit lost but young Crystal there helped make sure I looked up the right parts and even helped recommend which brand to go. Couldn’t be happier with the service at this store

A worker gave us the wrong bulbs and when we came back in to get them refunded a lady with glasses was rude and gave bad customer service not coming back

I buy a lot of stuff here for my car, from cleaning products to high end headlamp bulbs, wipers, cleaners and anything else my car needs. The staff are very professional and often know exactly what you are talking about. If they order something that is not right, they will return it no questions asked. I highly recommend these guys!

I popped in to get some windscreen wiper blades and of course they had them. And I love the service of them putting them on (for a small fee of course) for me as it was raining thay day. Thanks Super Cheap

If you can't get what you want at Supercheap they often suggest where you may be able to purchase.

Yeah, so I called to do the contact less click and collect today. Apparently it was a big inconvenience to the lady who brought it out because she wasn't friendly at all and made me feel like I was being lazy using the service. If you don't want to have the service then take it away but dont make your customers feel like this. Nothing about this lady was friendly. Rather disappointed.

Pete was great. He spent 45mins helping with my problem in buying a new stereo. After sales service I was not expecting from Pete.

Very helpful I called and they got the thing I need it and put at the register so I just walked in and payed for it

The staff were welcoming and wling to help with a smile. Lots of stock to choose from but not in stock will check all avenues

The one thing I will say is Hervey Bay supercheap treat me like family and not just there smiles and amazing customer service that gets me in but they are never afraid to welcome me with open arms and give me high respect and I love them all like my own family and please everyone if you need bloody great service and get what you need for your cars and many other great things they sell don't go anywhere else but supercheap Hervey Bay.
