This is a great sized store, well laid out and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Have been to this store a few times and everything I have been impressed with the layout making it easy to find what I need and the roaming staff are always willing to help.

Bad service at the checkout. The operator flat out lied to me about the price and he seemed to think it was funny. I went to Autobarn instead. There's nothing worse than rudeness. I'll take it further.

I was looking for oil for my motorbike and I was in the pool section and then relized that where I was in the oil section was for cars, then I went to wear I was meant to be the motorbike area for oils, and they had the correct oil for my motorbike and at a really good price. I will go back to this store.

Required a car battery installed on a Saturday morning of all things. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good price, discount on recycling and extended warranty. In and out in 20 minutes, I was super impressed. Thank you!

Online purchase of oil was a disaster. All 3 x 5lt Penrite oil containers leaked due to caps being a FULL TURN loose. I can understand one container, but all 3 were loose. They were in zip lock plastic bags but that only saved one of them ruining the rest of the box of goods. The other two were in one bag, in another box, which popped open and contaminated, of all things, air filters. Even though SCA (Kayla) was very kind to offer many methods of recompense, being in COVID madness, I've decided to just wear it and keep the goods rather than all the options of returning goods to store. Yes they were *just* salvageable, but as you can imagine, oil on an air filter is not ideal. I will still use SCA, but I hope they tighten up their packing of goods for delivery (especially liquids!). I don't think anyone wants to deal with returns of any kind. Apart from those two boxes with oil, SCA is quite a good company to deal with:).

The staff here are awesome, as soon as I walked through the door I was asked what I needed and was pointed in the direction straight away! Awesome time saver!
It's a massive well spaced out store too.

Good customer service but unfortunately if you want anything other than a 380mm steering wheel cover you are out of luck, every single steering wheel cover in store is the exact same size big range but all same size!

Excellent customer service and whilst they couldn't provide me with what I needed, they helpfully suggested Autobarn where I found what I needed. Because of this, I will continue to give Supercheap my loyal business.

Our order was stalled, due to covid and lockdowns. They kept great communication, and when the wrong part came in it was no trouble to send it back and start again. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Staff very unhelpful and they didn't appear to be willing to help.not at all customer friendly. I would not recommend the staff at Lawnton.
