We have shopped at the Super Butcher for the last 3 weeks and feel we have received good value, great service and a top variety of goods.

Think old mate needs a lesson in handling the meat bare handed while he's cleaning the joint.

Absolutely awesome outcome with the ribs on special last week! Feast of delicious ribs for our whole family at a very affordable price.

We recently purchased Lamb Spare Ribs which were reduced by 50%. Despite being very tasty, there was a lot of fat and rib and very little meat. I am afraid it was very disappointing and probably why it was reduced.

The panko crumbed chicken breast schnitzels were excellent in flavour along with taste and value.

I went to this Butcher shop due to the absolute poor service I recieved at Oxenford super butcher on the weekend. I must say this shop in comparison is worlds apart in the best way! The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to assit in helping me find a Brisket of choice. I will defintily be back and big thanks to Tim who is polite and motivated to help customers find the best cut for their needs! Even called around and sourced a beauty of a brisket for me. Awesome work guys keep it up! Great to walk in a store were the workers are passionate about what they do and willing to help!

Walked into the Southport store yesterday for the first time, having been a Superbutcher customer for years (frequent Ashmore and used to go to the Tweed store back when it existed). Upon walking in, immediately greeted and had a nice chat with one of the butchers who recommended some options based on what was on special…the very first thing out of his mouth was lamb chops…which is what I came in for. It’s like he could read my mind. Needless to say, I bought some of the lamb loin chops he recommended and because they were half price, I decided to get 2kg worth. What a fantastic decision. The chops were not only stunning value but absolutely delectable little morsels of Heaven. It’s nice to know that no matter which SB you go to, you can always expect great service, tantalising meat and superior prices.

I asked Tim if he could cut the meat off a leg of lamb, mince it, cut the bone into pieces for soup, keep the shank and mince a few Kgs of rump steak. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped with the selection of the meat and made sure I was given what I wanted. A good old fashioned butcher that cares. Thanks so much.

Bought some stunning Angus rib fillets for a bbq yesterday, they were cut to size that I wanted and super efficient. They were raved about with most people saying they were the best steak they have had in a long time. I was unaware that you are not locked into buying the entire slab of beef and can take half or what not

2/3 guys there this morning, 11/6/22, were absolutely lovely one named Taylor and the other another younger bloke with light/blonde coloured hair. Meat amazing as always!

Sensational customer service by the team at Southport. Friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout-out to Michael who served me and made sure I knew about all the promotions and specials happening in store.
