Super Butcher Eagle Farm

I recently bought some bass strait rump and its the best rump I've ever had, could pass it off as rib eye, cant wait to run out so I can buy some more.

These days it’s more typical to get good service one day and below average the next. After a few in store shopping experiences at SuperButcher, I can safely give all the staff the thumbs up for friendly & efficient service every time. The meat selection is excellent and always well priced.

Today I received my first home delivery service and was very impressed. The link to track my order was regularly updated with the time of arrival and accurate to the minute. The delivery driver called my mobile to say he had arrived. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of insulation wrapping only to be more blown away that on top of the thermal protection, there were two additional icepacks to keep things cold.

Sometimes it’s the small things that biggest difference…. Fortunately SuperButcher do a lot small things well.

Always a great selection of meat. Have been going here for years. A few years ago the quality wasn't worth the cost, and some people may not have come back. But the last 24 months has seen a huge increase in stock and quality. Highly recommend.

We drive accross town for the quality meat from super butcher. Great service and friendly staff. The whole store is refrigerated so bring a jacket. You choose your meat and they'll cut and vacuum seal it for you at no extra cost.

Great Customer Service! Would give them more stars if I could, great selection of meat and great prices. They even portion cut my steaks and cryovac them individually making meal prep even easier and for no extra cost!

Great place with a good range of meat and meat related products. Very friendly and helpful staff ensured we got what we were looking for in good time. P. S.bring a jacket and closed footwear, it's a bit chilly in there.

Super helpful and obliging staff. Easy to enter, amazingly huge area with so much variety, heaps of specials, happy so far!

The selection of options here to purchase is great, and never a bad experience coming to visit this store, spend far too much time checking out the various cuts, great food, and staff are always willing to help answer any questions you may have

I used to like this place a lot and bought all my meat from them. However, the quality of their products declined drastically over the last year and I had many disappointments in the meat I bought during this time.

Won't be coming back for a while until it becomes the same old super butcher eagle farm again.

These guys arey go-to when I need a good grass fed steak that won't break the bank. They cryo-seal and cut to my liking. Love the selection of offal too. Best place in Brisbane!

What a great experience, well worth the cold. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the range of meat is amazing. The kangaroo fillets we purchased were the best we have had in years, so very tender, looking forward to the dry aged OP ribs, the Tomahawk and the rest we bought. Thank you so much

This place is paradise for carnivores!
Was down in the smoke for a few days & made a concerted effort to visit for the first time.
Rug up before visiting the enormous cold room, although they provide insulated jackets at the door if required.
Called in on a Friday & they kept my order for collection Saturday am on our way North. Bought fresh VIC lamb shanks, beef cheeks, a tray of lamb offcuts for casserole at $5 & of course a wagyu rump cap.
The young lady at the cutting counter trimmed the steak & sliced to our preference & then vac packed it all. The way she handled the steak was with reverence & care. The bags were marked & were ready & waiting immediately I entered the shop Sat am.
Put the lamb in my slow cooker that night along with usual additions & we shall get about 10 nutritious meals out of it, there was a good amount of meat that just fell off the bone. Just right for this cold weather!
Next time will see if they have marrow bone

Good service and very friendly staff. Its been about 9 months since my first review and now, I regularly buy my meat from Super Butcher as the quality is high, prices comparable and sometimes cheaper than other Butchers. Ive used 4 Butchers in the past and left each one because the quality dropped over time. So far so good with this one

Honestly one of the best butchers ever. Matt helped us to the millionth degree with everything and even gave us advise on our meals. Superb experience ontop of the chilled atmosphere

Been buying from these guys for years and as QLD was going to go into a lockdown I called up to ask if they could hold one cut of beef for me. I was willing to pay in full over the phone. Unfortunately I did not have the luxury of going down to the store straight away because I have work. The customer service staff flat out refused to do this or help in any way and was very rude about it. I called Meat at Billys straight after and they were more than happy to help and I was met with excellent customer service. I know where I will be going for meat from now on and will be recommending all my friends to go as well. It would be nice in these stressfull times for a beusiness to be helpful but it seems Super Butcher Eagle Farm does not care about their customers.

Best butcher in Queensland, good price, great quality, wide range of product, and staff members with great knowledge of their craft and are happy to help with all your requests. Even if I am a hipster living in Ashford I would still choose this butcher over Meat at Billy's anyday.

Love this place! I've been coming here for a few years and it's the best place to get good cuts of beef from. With the rating system they use you know exactly what you are going to get. Always plenty of options and staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Incredible butchers! The whole store is an inside fridge. Every meat available, the we'd specials are great, the 5 for $50 section always has different choices. Just joined the loyalty program, wanna win one of those barbies

I’d give more stars if I could.
Everything I’ve tried so far has been excellent. Couple of different types of snags, rissoles & fresh & tasty.
Great value for bigger cuts, whole rumps, briskets, pork legs have been quality.
Happy people & extra service is great to vac pack the goodies.
