Super Butcher Albany Creek reviews
18 Seriously how hard is it! Wanting to buy Bulk Chicken. Asked on Sunday and was told they would get chicken in on Tuesday.
Phoned today and it was like speaking to a school kid who doesn’t know anything! Don’t want to make a special trip to see if you had a delivery! Off to the butcher at Lawnton!
We went into the store on Australia day to buy beef rissoles and we were told they didn't have any so left.
We went back on Saturday asking for beef rissoles and again told no they didn't have any. When asked when will they have some we were told not until Tuesday. I would have thought beef rissoles would be a staple for any butcher but obviously not at Super Butcher.
Anyway we went back to our previous butcher and they had plenty to choose from.
All other experiences have been good so far except this.
Always good!
Great customer service and quality of meat so good compared to the ordinary meat available at supermarkets
Went to two butchers today. Lack of range and service.
The Albany creek team were great and the range of products were amazing
Great selection of products. Don't know if it is because it's Xmas but the staff seemed very happy in their work. They were singing along with the xmas carols so made for a great shopping experience. Merry Christmas
Best butchers in “Queensland” that being super butcher. Albany creek store, old school and professional service. Blokes and girls are great and everyone’s engaged in the job at hand. You can see there’s good culture with the employees too
Can’t praise the Albany creek store enough, the meat is amazing and they have some awesome specials regularly. Staff are also very knowledgeable and have helped me make decisions on what meat and quality to go with. Keep up the great work
Great Store Awesome Staff.wonderful meats very clean and the staff were exceptional very helpful and nice. Will definitely reccomend this store to family and friends and anyone that is looking to go and get good quality meat definitely reccomend Super Butcher Albany Creek
Good range of products with friendly and efficient staff. Located on outside of shopping complex. Parking can be tricky in leak times
Great shop, huge range all the best products (black angus, bass strait angus, wagyu, victorian lamb, aussie pork, etc), gorgeous window display, friendly staff.most of all great prices. Best butcher around
We decided to give it a try, bought their “5 Meals pack for $50” and decided to go with the lasagna as an option, what a mistake. It is purely lasagna sheets and tomato sauce, no mince on it.
The rest of the things were ok (beef stir fry, pork schnitzel, pork steaks and chicken drumsticks), but definitely never buying their lasagna again
Tried the rissoles and it was like they put red colouring in them, certainly wasn’t blood coming out of them. They tasted ok, but spent the night on the toilet, coming straight back of us. I had brought mince as well, which did the same thing. Should have guessed it would happen again, cause the mince also was an odd colour even before cooking. Just horrible experience, would not recommend, have thrown away the other meat we brought, didn’t want to risk giving it to our dogs and have them also getting the trots. Sticking to our small local butcher.
Thought we would give super butcher a try at Albany creek. WoW what a mistake last night we tried there rissoles.nothing but a red food colouring came out of them and both me and my good lady both got the trots about 2 hour later. Tonight we gave there chicken and garlic parcels a try omg they were even worse. The smell was enough to put you off of chicken for life I cut in to one and it just looked like minced carcass nether the less that went in the bin.needless to say the $80 spent on meat from there has gone in the bin. I would not even feed this rubbish to the dog. Will go back to our butcher at Warner.great quality and everything is 1st class
Fabulous new meat shop just opened up in Albany creek village shopping centre
It’s good a great range of meats including the rare and unusual cuts such as tri tip rump cap and all those things you need for sips smoking
Huge hours including opening up at 6 am on Saturday and Sunday morning
Refreshingly Impressive. Value bang for Buck. Clean professional outfit. Friendly & warm service. Easily new regulars from grand opening, hooked on the 5 for $50 weekly’s especially. Quality meats everywhere you look. Go, see for yourself.
Waited at the counter for a long time. The staff was happy to look around me and serve many people that came in after me. I got tired of waiting and left. A staff member pointed out they were short staff. Not too short to ignore me and serve those that came in behind me.
Left and went to Coles for my meat. The meat maybe good but its not " poor service" tolerant.
Waited 10-15 minutes to be served by anyone in store, customer behind me was recognised and prioritised by a staff member, they when I finally was served, the highly publicised 5 for $50 offer had very little stock. Left empty handed. Won’t be back. Even my 7 year old noticed the poor service.
Fantastic location for Northside SB fans, welcoming store layout and the 'barstool' cutting area is a nice touch. The "5 trays for $50" are good value and offer a diverse meal selection. And for Eagle Farm regulars who haven't visited yet, you won't need a jacket! Ample parking to boot. Congrat's to Lisa and her team, great to see the Super Butcher brand expanding.
